This charming 118 m² house in Vertou can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).

The accommodation is as follows:
1st floor:
- A 52 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom
- Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on the ground floor.

Outside:
- A garden shared with the studio which is rented and located at the back of the house.

The house is ideally located in Vertou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- By car: you can park directly in the house's private garage. Free parking spaces are also available in the street.
- Nearest train station: Vertou, 5 minutes by car; Nantes, 20 minutes by car.
Nantes station can be reached by Busway in around twenty minutes. The Bussway is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and takes around 20 minutes to reach the centre of Nantes).
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport
- Public transport is free throughout the Nantes conurbation at weekends.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Clean linen can be delivered for longer stays, for a supplement of €15 per kit.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- For stays of more than 15 days, cleaning can be carried out during the stay, at a cost of €120, payable on site.
- For stays of more than 15 days, the possibility of changing the household linen is charged at €15 per bed (the kit includes bed linen and 2 towels per person). Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
