This peaceful home is perfect for families. 1h20 from Paris.
Looking for a warmth and relaxation time? Our veranda with jacuzzi is bathed in light, decorated with plants to take you on a journey to tropical islands while having a nice hydromassage in the jacuzzi... It overlooks a garden not overlooked. From the jacuzzi you can watch your children whether they are in the garden or in the living room in front of the fireplace. They can relax there in front of the TV or playing all the games and books provided.

Housing:
The house is located in a quiet residential area.
A 5-minute walk away you will find: a park for children (new playground, skatepark), a football and basketball stadium for middle-aged people, and sports facilities for adults (outdoor fitness area) but also a media library (because sometimes , it also rains in Normandy...)
A 10-minute walk (5 minutes after the park!), you will reach the village which has small shops and restaurants (bars, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store).
There are numerous activities for children: equestrian center, forests, canoe kayak

For big shopping, a supermarket called "Carrefour" is 5 minutes away by car.

On the street side, you will find a little outdoor space next to the living room (communicating through a French window).
On the garden side, not overlooked, a pergola with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the sun and good sunshine, communicating with the veranda/Jacuzzi. There is also a barbecue.

The friendly living room with fireplace will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family with board games, puzzles and a large collection of books available (in addition to the traditional TV :))
The dining room is openned to the living room and the veranda, it has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to additional chairs stored in the garage. We provide a large quantity of beautiful tableware to allow you to organize beautiful meals (ideal during the holidays).
The modern and fully equipped kitchen will therefore be of great help to you and has access to the SPA area (to organize aperitifs for example...) and to the dining room.
