Fabulous 1BR Condo with amazing beach views sleeps 4. Park by door. Pool.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 102. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. Both are Roku Tvs with guest mode so you can stream your apps. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

Aside from a few hiccups at check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful view, very short walk from room to car and to the beach! Thomas and Kristen were very helpful and responsive. We will be staying again!

WONDERFUL!!

Great place, clean, and very comfortable! The view from the back porch looks out on the beach and sitting out there every morning drinking coffee was amazing. You can’t beat the convenience of being so close to the water and the location was perfect. Property managers could not be better or more helpful. Will be staying here again for sure!!

1st time to Panama City Beach

Came down for a Senior Softball Tournament. Decided to spend our summer beach time here also. Spent 9 days here for our stay. Easy on / off the beach from this Condo (1st floor) no problem. Everything in the condo was in working order & just like pictures in the VRBO site. View from the balcony is great. It was quick trips to a lot of restaurants. Communication was good. This Small Condo complex is next to a large Condo Complex and the beach does get crowded but still in a better spot than most other locations.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great to work with and I would definitely recommend booking this unit. Great access to the beach and beautiful view off the balcony. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but we have a noise machine so it helped drown them out. Definitely nothing the owners could do about this though.

Nice condo, uncomfortable furniture

The hosts are really nice people but unfortunately this is a place for young folks who can sleep on anything, for us, the furnishing just weren't comfortable. We are older and are used to plush bedding and sofas, etc. and the place is furnished with the basic condo hard bed and it just didn't suit us. The place is fine for younger folks. Can't speak highly enough about location, quiet, ease of parking, etc.

It has been a few months since this stay took place so i read through the correspondence to refresh my memory. On the second day of the stay I offered the guest a full refund so they could find a more comfortable space if they were unhappy with the bed. They refused. A bit harsh to rate our unit with only two stars because of the mattress, especially since you stayed in the unit the year prior and knew the firmness of the mattress and chose to stay in this condo again anyway.

Quiet but easily accessible

This property is exactly as described. The host was always available. All staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. What a great group of people. I would have liked it if the pool was heated while I was there but the heat is not turned on until March. There are so many other things to do that I could deal with the unheated pool. The condo contained everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Perfectly located at the quiet end of the beach but easily accessible to pier park. I can't say enough good things about our whole experience! We will be back! A big thanks to our amazing hosts!

Our stay

Pro: We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location, having immediate access to the beach and parking at our door! All appliances worked and kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. Con: Didn’t feel it was very clean. Beach sand still in dining room chairs, stains on linens, broken sliding glass door handle that you could get hurt with trying to use. But the door did work and you could lock it easily. Opening and closing with the broken handle was the challenge. Windows both front and back were difficult to see through. I would stay again but I would bring cleaning supplies.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. If any guest is ever unhappy with the cleaning at our property, please let me know and I will have our cleaners return immediately. We pay for the cleaning and expect it to be done properly and have no problem calling our cleaners back out. The sliding glass door handle was repaired promptly after the guest checked out. Would have been happy to address it sooner but we were never made aware of the issue. Please don't hesitate to reach out if something is not right. We address issues promptly. I just ordered two new sets of sheets for all the beds.

For the price and location the condo was prefect. Easy access to beach and parking was convenient to our condo. Many restaurants close by. Our first floor condo had five steps to reach platform to our condo, which makes it very convenient for anyone with walking problems. Overall, very satisfied.

Love this unit!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept 102. We had great communication and a super easy check in with no problems at all. First off, the unit was very clean upon arrival. It’s a smaller unit on the first floor but perfect for a couple or small family. No elevators to worry about, takes maybe a minute to get from your vehicle to the front door. The place has everything you need, TV in living room and bedroom, a kitchen with everything you need if you do decide to cook, a washer and dryer, which is nice and a very comfortable king size bed. The ocean front view from the balcony is beautiful!! Even though it’s on the first floor, the balcony is high enough to have a clear view of the water. We have stayed at many different units over the years but this one is among my favorites!! Great place, excellent price!!

Wonderful!

Love, love, love this property! The location can't be beat. It's literally steps away from the beach. I woke up every morning, made my coffee and sat out on the porch/balcony and watched the waves. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit as well. It was well equipped. The pool area was nice as well. I would highly recommend and will definitely book in the future!

Great location,

The renting process quick and easy. The property was as described, no surprises. The location is probably the best in all of PCB. Thomson Drive has very little traffic and easy access to all the attractions. The condo was well stocked, very clean and comfortable for our weeks stay. We were beachfront, so access to the water was steps away. We are planning our next extended stay for January.
