Torch Lake Sandbar Waterfront Home - with Dock!

Located on the turquoise waters of Torch Lake, this waterfront vacation home offers the perfect year round getaway!

The house is situated directly on the Torch Lake Sandbar, which is known for its shallow waters, sandy bottoms, beautiful sunsets, and crystal clear water.
The area is also known for it's amazing fall colors and as a winter paradise (snowshoeing, downhill and x-country skiing and snowmobiling trails are all nearby).

The house includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances: a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Located next to the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to nine people and offers great views of the lake. The living room, adjacent to the dining room, provides comfortable seating for family movie and game nights. The house has four TVs, each with access to Netflix and Hulu TV. In front of the dining/living room is a beach-themed sunroom, which is great for enjoying a good book! The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed as well as an attached walk-in closet and master bathroom. The cozy bunk room on the first floor has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on the first floor, right next to a half bathroom.

The upstairs offers a full bathroom and two large bedrooms: the lakeview room, with a king bed, and the fishing-themed room, with two full-sized beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. In addition, a homey reading nook with a collection of books and lots of board games, drink fridge, microwave and coffee maker are located on the upstairs landing. Kids will find a wooden train set and a basket full of Lego Duplos upstairs as well.

Finally the basement offers a fitness room with a lifting cage, weight set, exercise balls and yoga mats, as well as a game area with ping-pong table, foosball table and an air hockey table which are perfect for rainy days!

A charming deck overlooking the lake is at the water’s edge. The dock, including a platform, provides the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. You can tie your boat to the dock during the day in calm weather. We also provide a mooring buoy in front of the dock (3' water depth). The dock is seasonal and available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

In addition, a romantic fire pit, with firewood provided, is in the yard overlooking the lake; the fire pit is the perfect place for s'mores, camp songs, and ghost stories. A grill is provided for cookouts.

Please note that this house is located in a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors. The vacation home is intended for families who want to make life-long memories and not meant for loud parties.
