The space
The Property: Welcome to Orange Tree community. Located at Highway 27, within minutes from Disney Parks, restaurants, Wal-mart, and much more. The community has beautiful landscapes, tranquil neighborhood, tennis court, Lake and an Orange Tree field where you can pick fruits during the harvest season.


4 Bedrooms (1 Master ensuite), 2 Bathrooms, spacious Living Rooms and Dining areas, Games Room, Spacious Covered Lanai with Pool and Waterfall feature, DVD and VCR players, TVs in bedrooms, Free Telephone Calls to anywhere in the United States, Canada and Europe.
Only minutes from Disney Parks and Orlando’s other famous theme parks, guests will also find the home convenient to restaurants, shopping, and more.

NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
