Very quiet, safe neighborhood in the mountains. 50 stair steps to the front door, so best for the adventurous and fit who love mountain life. (In winter, 4WD with chains or snow tires required.) Fully stocked kitchen (Cuisinart air fryer, Keurig, french press, Nutribullet, KitchenAid mixer, toaster, blender) and large living/dining room. Google Wifi provides an excellent connection to support streaming and work from home. Dyson cooling air filter for those rare summer days that get hot even in the mountains. No smoking or parties. Kayak rental option. Free parking in the driveway and street.

You will have exclusive access to the entire top floor of the 5-story home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining area, living room with office nook. There is a locked off apartment on a lower floor that is occasionally occupied by the owners (2 people.) The owners will not access the top floor during your stay.
