Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service: reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.
Please note we are not responsible for any construction noise within the building.

Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for bookings during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Reservation Policy:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not followed.
