Great house. Spacious layout and seating for everyone. Backyard is large, pool and hot tub was a huge plus. The outdoor grill has been used and loved, could have been cleaner but we were ableTo clean it before using. Loved that the bathrooms and showers had a good stock of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and enough towels and wash clothes. With the individual shampoos and body wash, would have been nice to have individual hand soap available for use too. Kitchen had a great set up, liked that there were enough dish ware for everyone and variety with the indoor/outdoor sets. There were only 2 fish towels to dry and wipe down countertops, would have liked to see a few more for use during the stay. But nothing a paper towel couldn’t handle.

We had our small wedding reception in the backyard, and it was the perfect place to do it! The host was very responsive and kind. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and location

This was our temporary home for 2 weeks after relocating to Tucson. The property was clean, nicely updated, well-stocked, and had an amazing pool and backyard to enjoy. The location was perfect for us and would highly recommend! The owners were very responsive to the silly questions I had. We were able to have family over for lunch/dinner without fear of being charged extra like some other rental properties. Once again, would highly recommend!

Great venue for a get together with family and friends

The property is nestled in the foothills of the Catalina mountains with isolation from any main roads and the neighbors. Plenty of outdoor space with a heated pool and hot tub, and plenty of indoor space for hosting a large dinner. My wife and I held a vow ceremony and reception here and it was the perfect venue for the occasion. The management staff allow events and are very flexible with the place. They are also very responsive to inquiry via the VRBO messenger.

Great stay in Tucson

The property worked really well with our family (3 generations). We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Had a slight problem with the outdoor grill, but the owner was super responsive and had it fixed in no time. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The outdoor sound system contributed to the overall vibe and made for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The decor and artwork are top notch. Would definitely go back the next time we’re in Tucson!

Really comfortable house

The pictures, I thought, made the house seem much more luxurious and spacious so my initial reaction was uh-oh, but the house is very comfortable with a great backyard and we really enjoyed the property and time there (6 days). I was a little annoyed at the punitive nature (20/hr) of early or late check-in, check-out but we managed. Tucson in February is perfect for those of us that live in CT.

All in all, a nice property. There were dead bugs in the bathrooms and hallway, but once swept up, we didn’t have any more issues. The hot tub did not work, and had not in a while. The property manager was very responsive to my call and had the tub up and running the day of the call.

Exceptional Resort Style Home!

This home exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as described and more! From the resort style backyard to all the beautiful finishes inside, it was perfect for my adult children, 14 month grandson and dog. It would have also been perfect for my 85 year old mother. We will return with her in tow next time. 😊 Thanks again!

Tucson getaway

The house was contemporary modern inside, freshly remodeled. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully furnished. Back yard has a small swimming pool with heater. There is also a fire pit that was nice on the cool evenings. Property manager was responsive when we contacted him. Definitely recommend this house!

Great vacation rental

Our family including 2 teenagers enjoyed our vacation at this lovely Tucson house. Property description and pictures are accurate. Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable beds & furnishings. Could easily accommodate large family or group. Large yard, pool is small but clean (one of very few rentals in the area that doesn't pre-charge to heat the pool for your entire stay) Hot tub works well. Close to grocery store, restaurants and hiking trails. Good location for exploring the Tucson area. Property manager is quick to respond to any issues. Great rental 5/5

Wedding event

This property was beautiful. We had a small (17person) wedding reception here. We were a little thrown off when the chairs were not what we hoped for the purpose of the wedding. We had a great stay. The manager was quick to respond with questions concerns. There were three large cockroaches found inside the property as well. Which I was just told “we’ll send an exterminator”.

Penny expected 16 white chairs and in fact we had upgraded 8 of the indoor dining chairs to a higher quality set with padding, however they are not white. When we make small furniture upgrades we do not necessarily hire our professional photographer out to reshoot the house so it is possible certain items are not "exactly" as shown in the pictures. I did compensate her for renting white chairs since the photos were not 100% accurate which I believe was more than fair. As far as the cockroaches, we hired Northwest Exterminating to come out within 48 hours of her report. I am not sure what more we could do in that regard. I believe it was our first siting of cockroaches since we listed the house on VRBO 3 years ago.

Tucson getaway

Loved the property for the most part and would book it again. For the cost though i didn't think we should have to clean all the funiture, tables etc outside. They hadn't been wiped of dirt for a long time. Inside of house was great and clean. Also gave a short list of things that should be addressed on the inside of property. These people will take care of it im sure.
