Summary:

House located 5 minutes walk from the center of Carantec and 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Kelenn and Clouët. The rooms are spacious and the house is very bright.



The Space:

- The superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, La Grève Blanche, Ile Callot, Tahiti Beach)

- Various activities: golf, the water sports center, the GR34 coastal hiking trail, fishing, boat trips

- Visits to the Ile de Batz, Château du Taureau, Château de Kerjean, and the Morlaix tobacco factory



The house has 5 bedrooms, including:

- 2 with a double bed (ground floor and upper floor)

- 2 with a single bed that converts to a double bed (upper floor and ground floor)

- 1 with a single bed that converts to a double bed + a crib

Kitchen opens onto the living room and terrace

Bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



- Guests have access to the entire accommodation except for the garage.

- Free Wi-Fi included

- Pets are not allowed. - A €200 security deposit is automatically retained and returned (it is not cashed).



You will find the bare essentials upon arrival: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.

Linens (dishcloth and bath mat) are included.



Optional services:

- Bed and bath linens are not included in the price; we offer them as an option for €30 per person. They can be ordered and paid for after booking.

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge.

- A mandatory "intermediate disinfection" is included at the time of booking. This fee covers the preparation of the house between two tenants.

- We also offer an "end-of-stay cleaning" fee for our tenants who do not wish to worry about cleaning before their departure. For this accommodation, the fee is €100.



Tenants must return the house in the same condition they found it upon arrival. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge of €35/hour for the additional time spent cleaning the house. The tenant will be notified immediately via the platforms, text message, or email, with photos and/or videos.



The Neighborhood:

Close to the beaches (10-minute walk) for Clouët Beach (shore fishing) or Kelenn Beach (swimming beach, sailing school, restaurants).

Close to the town center (bakeries, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, butcher, wine merchant, boutiques, etc.)



Getting Around:

A free summer shuttle (July/August) operates during the day in Carantec to take you to the beaches in the town center.

The Lineotim bus network offers free transportation around Morlaix Bay.
