Spacious apartment, perfect for 1 or 2 families, located in the heart of Paris.
This is our main apartment where we live all year with our family.
The apartment can be rented ONLY FOR FAMILIES. We will not accept reservations from groups of young adults.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living room.
Our sumptuously preserved Haussmann apartment, nestled in the Trinité district, one of the capital's jewels, offers you total immersion in Parisian authenticity, while guaranteeing you the finest in modern comfort. Our apartment offers you the opportunity to live an incomparable Parisian experience. This apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Paris and its wonders.

This apartment is a true nugget of the past, preserving its period charm with meticulous attention to detail. As you enter this Haussmann-style apartment, you'll immediately be transported back to the 19th century era, with its high ceilings adorned with exquisite moldings, wooden floors and marble fireplace, reminding you of the timeless charm of Paris. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll feel a warmth and friendliness that will envelop you. Elegant furnishings, soothing tones and meticulous decorative details create an intimate, welcoming atmosphere.

The large windows let in an abundance of natural light, bathing every room in the apartment in a bright, sunny atmosphere. Enjoy the sun's rays flooding into the living room and dining room throughout the day.
The apartment is laid out in a star-shaped layout, creating fluid circulation and natural light. The main rooms open onto each other, creating a convivial and elegant atmosphere.

Every detail has been carefully chosen to strike the perfect balance between classic and contemporary. Elegant furnishings and refined materials complete the atmosphere of this exceptional apartment.

The living room invites you to relax with its marble fireplace, providing a warm and romantic ambience. Make yourself comfortable on the elegant sofas and discuss your Parisian adventures or relax with a good book.

The living room TV offers full entertainment with subscription channels such as Disney, Netflix, and many more. You'll never miss your favorite shows or the latest movies.

Just off the living room is a first bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own private shower room. This first bedroom also gives you the opportunity to work quietly if necessary, with an "Art Deco desk", ergonomic chair and second screen.

On the other side of the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, with ample storage space, plenty of work surfaces and a magnificent artist's marble table where you can enjoy your meals in style.
The large kitchen is ideal for cooking, with a large modern worktop and a host of equipment including dishwasher, oven, microwave, steam oven, top-of-the-range fridge-freezer and coffee machine. You'll find everything you need to cook delicious French specialties.

The sleeping area is very well insulated with three courtyard bedrooms, which are extremely quiet.
- A large master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large custom-made closet.
- A second bedroom with a comfortable single bed (90 cm), a custom-made closet and an additional trundle bed.
- A third bedroom with a comfortable single bed (90 cm) and an additional trundle bed and, of course, a custom closet. You can also take advantage of the desk and ergonomic chair if you wish to work there.

The main bathroom has a large freestanding bath perfect for relaxing with a shower, heated towel rail and the recent addition of a brand new Italian shower.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal in the laundry room next to the entrance.

We're located on the 1st floor of a Haussmann-style building, so you can choose between a few stairs or the elevator. Once you leave the elevator, you'll only have to climb 5 stairs to reach our apartment.

You'll be the only tenant on the floor, but we ask that you don't have any parties or make any noise after 11pm.
We are located in a trendy neighborhood where you can hear the noise outside (2 bars / restaurants nearby) when you are in the first bedroom next to the living room.

To ensure an exceptional trip, we will provide free cleaning during your stay (> 5 days stay) with our housekeeper to make your stay unforgettable.
