You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Gare du Nord is also located right next door, which makes it easy to access.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.


You will be charmed by its old parquet floors and its absolute calm given that the apartment is on a courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES
--------------------------------------------------

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.
