A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, irons, and ironing boards is available free of charge in the building.

Close to the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, the Palais Royal Garden, the Columns of Buren, and Place de la Concorde.

It is a very lively district thanks to its numerous pedestrian streets which provide access to numerous restaurants and trendy bars.
