Recently remodeled casita (1BR, 1 bath, living room & full kitchen; 500 Sq Ft) in Central Phoenix. Casita has private entrance through the car port and is located behind the main house (VRBO listing 2302020). Full access to washer & dryer located behind the main house and the furnished patio and backyard (All are shared with the main house). Located in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Highway access less than 5 min away. PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.
Casita was completely remodeled in 2020 - almost everything was new! The full-size kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig machine, toaster oven and much more. There is a 50-inch TV with a Roku Ultimate Streaming Medial Player for using your Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Disney+ or other services with the secured WiFi. No cable/satellite TV service is provided

Comfortable Place to Stay

Casita was clean and well furnished in a nice quiet neighborhood. Brain was very helpful and very responsive to our questions and needs. Worked very well for our BB Spring training week! We hope to rent it again in the future!

Convenient for visiting Phoenix and central AZ

The Casita is a pleasant and quiet refuge from the commotion of a large city. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Casita is further isolated from disturbance by its placement behind the main house in a delightful back yard. The interior furnishings are comfortable and well-maintained.

Of the many places we've stayed across the country, I think this was our favorite. Definitely the cleanest and best kept! The shower was amazing and all the little extras came in handy. Our goldendoodle is in training to be a therapy dog and she loved the yard and not feeling like she was being punished with restrictions. We brought our Tesla charger and were able to plug it into the carport socket with no issues. Location was perfect for meeting up with friends and family at nearby restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

We wanted a safe 1bedroom with kitchen with optional outdoor space that was pet friendly. We got it in spades. Clean quiet updated fabulous patio washer dryer all wonderful. Many items for cooking were in place.I personally was especially grateful for the half and half.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our time at this property while staying in Phoenix. The Casita has everything you need to make it a home. We did have a couple small issues during our 2 week stay but Brian goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is made perfect. The location is great for accessing all areas of the city. The neighborhood is very welcoming and neighbors are quick to give you a smile and say Hi when you meet them. We definitely plan to return and explore more of what Phoenix has to offer! This is truly a 5 Star property!

Great Location

The casita is in a great neighborhood location. Very quiet. Close to shopping restaurants etc. Very comfortable bed and a nice kitchen and bathroom. Was so much nicer staying here than at a hotel.

Casita complements main house, would work well alone

This property works well with the main house and provides additional and private space for adults to be together but separate. It is independently supplied on its own with whatever might be needed to satisfy a single person/couple staying alone. It looked newly remodeled, was clean and had the necessary amenities to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Little Place

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, brew pubs, and just really nice walks. Cute, fully fenced yard, and comfortable patio furniture. Brian is a great commutator and quick to reply. Kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated having the washer and dryer on-site

Wonderful little spot

Had a great stay here, it was perfect for a pit-stop on my road trip. Super easy to access, just follow the instructions about the gate. Love the backyard area for the dog.

Great location, great accommodations

Very well kept and quiet casita, very close to the studio where I was working. Owner Brian was very quick in meeting my needs when a couple of minor issues occurred. Overall a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
