Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city.

You can easily reach many of Paris' most iconic landmarks on foot. The apartment is just a few meters from Châtelet station, which connects to the city's main public transportation lines and offers direct access to the airports.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

**Please note that the apartment is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility due to the absence of an elevator.**

The apartment is located on the **5th floor with no elevator**. Please take this into consideration before making your reservation.

It is spread over **two levels**.

On the first level, you will find a spacious living room with a small open-plan kitchen, leading onto a lovely terrace overlooking the heart of Paris.

On the second level, you will find the sleeping area and the bathroom.

The bathroom features a **walk-in shower**. **Please note that this part of the apartment is located under the eaves, so the ceiling height is slightly reduced in some areas.**

For your safety and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests.
