Hidden in the heart of the village, this spacious property features a centuries-old farmhouse and a generously sized, fully fenced garden, offering utmost privacy from the public road.

The property consists of two separate houses – the main house and the guesthouse – each have their own separate entrance and garden area. The co-host Maxime resides in the adjacent main house with whom you will share the swimmingpool and the rest of the garden.

The guesthouse has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bathroom, a separate toilet, and a modern open kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The groundfloor has been fully renovated in the summer of 2023.

From the kitchen door, you can step directly into your own enclosed garden area, where you can enjoy meals together or simply relax.

You can also take a dip in our shared unheated pool ( 12m x 5 m and a depth of 30 cm to 180 cm).

Tip ! >> In the morning, you can walk to the nearby bakery (-1 min walk) to get fresh croissants, pains au chocolat and other pastries!

The village is surrounded by green hills, castles and within walking range flows the Dordogne River, where you can swim, canoe, picnic, and even fish (with a permit of course).

It is, in fact, the perfect base for enjoyable trips to characteristic villages, majestic castles, and prehistoric caves.
