The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A large bay window opening onto the terrace
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace
- A shower room with vanity unit and walk-in shower and WC

Exterior:
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
