Charming Cashiers Cottage with View of Chimney Rock Adjoining High Hampton

Come unwind at a classic Cashier's cottage that has been completely renovated. Just over a mile to the Crossroads or to Ingles. Relax on the deck or dine on the screened porch while enjoying the Chimney Top Mountain view.

High end finishes and extras you would expect from luxury Cashier’s living. Artwork adorns the walls. The house has been lovingly furnished with family pieces and estate finds. Quartz countertops and custom cabinetry throughout.

Downstairs has the Master bedroom and first guest bedroom. The Master is well appointed with a Smart TV and an inviting king sized four poster bed. You have your own access to the deck with sliding doors. Custom drapes frame a beautiful mountain view. The bathroom features two sinks with a vanity in between. Sit here and gaze out on to the garden while you get ready for the day. This bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a charming four poster double bed, desk, loveseat, and a window seat under the bay window. Also with a Smart TV. Private bath with shower/tub combination.

The living room and dining area has a wall of sliding glass doors for lots of natural light and views. Plenty of seating in front of the Smart TV and gas log fireplace.

Kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you would expect and plenty of bar glasses and serving pieces to entertain. Williams Sonoma professional cookware and bakeware for your use. Eat at the breakfast table, bar, or my great-great grandmother's dining room table.

Upstairs is the "Book Nook" our family's favorite room. It is stocked with popular fiction, nonfiction, toddler board books, children's books, and those for young adults. Board games for kids and adults. Duplos, buildable magnets, coloring books/crayons, STEM building set, puzzles, and multiple decks of cards. Kids will love sleeping on the bunkbeds.

Down the hall is the second guest bedroom. It features a four poster Queen bed under large windows with a Smart TV. Bathroom with shower/tub combination and view of the mountains.

The screened in porch off of the kitchen is a peaceful place to sit and read or dine. Enjoy during the day or night with the fun outdoor lights. Use the corn hole/ladder ball game, croquet set, or volleyball/pickle ball (net set up upon request).

Our expansive deck is where the grilling can happen if you're so inclined. Guests can lounge in the chaises, chairs, or rockers. After dinner move to the fire pit area in the front yard to round out your evening.

We have thought of the little things so you don’t have to! Umbrellas, hiking sticks, two 6 port charger at each bedside (just bring your USB cord), an Echo Dot, first aid kits, picnic basket with plates/utensils, pack-n-play, space saver highchair/booster, and Hydro SPA toiletries to name a few.
