Beautiful Home Located in High Hampton - Taylor House

The Taylor House is a beautiful home located in High Hampton and is only 5 minutes from downtown Cashiers. The house is tucked away in a rhododendron and mountain laurel forest that allows the guests to feel very secluded even with being so close to town. From the gravel driveway, that leads to a carport, enter the home to an open floor planned living and dining room. The living room is furnished with a couch, two side chairs and a TV with cable tv and a Blu-Ray DVD player. There are two sitting tables in the home; one with two chairs by the large window overlooking the front yard and a larger table with six to eight chairs around it closer to the kitchen. The galley-style kitchen, located off the living space, is equipped with an oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and a drip coffee maker. The laundry room located off the kitchen has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is located off the dining room area where you can enjoy a queen bed and access to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and dual sinks. The guest bedroom with a queen bed is located on the main level with a full bathroom outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a sink. From the main level, follow a staircase up to a large loft area with two twin beds that overlooks the main living space. Another great addition to this home is the outdoor wraparound deck with a outdoor table set with chairs where you can take in the peace and quiet of High Hampton. The deck has two rocking chairs and a chaise lounge chair. A charcoal grill is available for use on the driveway next to the deck. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
