Avida - Stunning Rooftop Pool and Jacuzzi

Avida is ideally located in Puerto Vallarta`s world-famous Romantic Zone. This second-level unit has a beautiful open concept living and dining space and comes with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. It has air conditioning and WiFi throughout.

The bedroom has an ensuite with double sinks and a great walk-in shower with a bench for comfort. With two full bathrooms, there is also a murphy bed built into the wall of the living room which can pull out for a third guest.

This building offers a 24-hour doorman, a business center, a huge infinity pool with breathtaking ocean and city view, a roof top jacuzzi, a two-level gym, an outdoor grill area, and elevators.

There is no dedicated parking but street parking is available.

Zona Romantica is well known as a tourist destination and a wonderful spot to vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Located right where all the action is!

Because of the murphy bed, the condo can host up to three overnight guests. During the daytime (7 am - 11 pm), you are allowed an additional two visitors to the unit or common areas.
