Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein gemĂŒtliches Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 49-Zoll-Smart-TV, ein halbes Badezimmer, eine große und moderne KĂŒche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Teka-GerĂ€ten. Das Erdgeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Bose-Soundsystem und eine schöne Terrasse, die offen oder geschlossen gehalten werden kann.
Die zweite Etage verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Suiten mit Deckenventilator, Klimaanlage, eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Balkon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat hohe Decken und alles ist umgeben von schöner Natur.
Die Dachterrasse verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen privaten beheizten Tauchpool, der mit dem Baum bedeckt ist, der zum Haus hin ausgerichtet ist und zur zentralen Achse des GrundstĂŒcks geworden ist. Dieser Gummibaum ist ein symboltrĂ€chtiger Ort in Vallarta fĂŒr seine Schönheit und GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Die Terrasse hat auch einen Speisesaal fĂŒr 6 Personen, eine Bar mit SpĂŒle und Eistruhe sowie ein paar bequeme Außensofas und ein halbes Badezimmer. Die Terrasse hat auch ein Bose-Soundsystem und einen Ventilator.
Die Terrasse der Villa Coralito ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und lĂ€dt die GĂ€ste dazu ein, die Umgebung durch Beleuchtung, Vegetation und den Schatten des Gummibaums zu genießen.

Our host Luis was attentive and answered all our questions but was never intrusive. He gave us great suggestions on where to eat and interesting places to visit. The layout also is really conducive if you need to work and the bedrooms upstairs are well made with good water pressure. The top area has a great pool and a beautiful rubber tree. Just be aware that the street can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much. Thank you very much for an excellent day.

Beautiful place and great location!

Arturo was a great host and we would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The beach/restaurants/bars/markets are all within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed.

We were very impressed in this home. The manager greeted us & made us comfortable immediately. There were all new amenities such as coffee maker, utensils,dishwear. If there were any issues that popped up the manager was available at all times

Good stay with minor issues

My wife and I (and a couple of friends) stayed at this property in January of 2023. We had a decent stay but will likely stay at another location on a future trip to one of our favorite towns. Pros: clean and well situated in PV. A 10 minute walk gets you to the Malecon. Fruit markets are around the corner. No car is necessary. Cons: Property is located on a busy street (tunnel drops off cars right in front of the property) and it can get loud. Also, there is hot water but our morning showers consisted of hot and cold water. Overall: 5/5

Amazing place & location

Let me start by saying that the property owner & property manager are extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive. The property is everything you see pictured and more! Clean, beautiful and ample in space! You will love the rooftop terrace and heated pool. As far as location you couldn’t ask for more, it’s a 10 minute walk from the best beach and beach side restaurants. There’s also plenty of restaurants and convince stores within a couple of minutes walk of the property. Taxis literally drive by all around the clock Within feet of the entrance. I never waited more than a couple of minutes to get one. We feel lucky to have found this property and when visiting Puerto Vallarta in the future we won’t be looking for a different place. Do yourselves a favor and book this property! My wife and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at Arturo’s property! Luis was very helpful throughout our stay, and was just a text message away if we were ever in need of anything. He went the extra mile to thoroughly explain the property upon arrival, and even popped by to provide us with charcoal for the bbq so we could use the grill. The place itself was wonderful — clean and modern, with comfortable beds, a big kitchen with ample counter space to cook and eat meals, a beautiful, shady rooftop patio to enjoy a break from the heat, hot showers and cold air conditioning! The blockout curtains in the bedrooms were especially appreciated. The area is perfect: the villa is a short walk from the outdoor farmers market, and close to the beach, but far enough away that it’s quiet and less hectic. We would have liked one extra chair in the living room area (there is 4 of us and really only seating for 3) but this was such a minor inconvenience it’s hardly worth mentioning. We’ll be back! Book this place you won’t regret it!

Stunning home

This home is absolutely stunning! Great communication from the host and his team! It has everything you can possibly need! But, as beautiful as this home is, we will probably not be returning. Pros: - Beautiful home - AC units in all rooms - TVs in both rooms and living room (although we weren’t able to log into anything) - Well equipped kitchen - extra bedding and blankets/throws - Safe - Plenty of towels and beach towels provided - Washer/Dryer (though a combo load takes more than 4 hours to complete) - Pool - it is a heated pool, so don’t be afraid to ask them to turn that off, just keep in mind that there really isn’t much sun and the water temperature can get very cold. - A bathroom/Washroom on all three levels - Walking distance to Fruit Markets, Restaurants, Beach and shopping. No taxi really needed. Cons: - Located on a very busy street - I really thought that the noise would bother us, but surprisingly it did not. Getting in and out of the home was sometimes challenging, as the door opens onto a very busy sidewalk. - Hard to get a taxi. We just walked a few blocks to a taxi site, as that was a bit more safe - We had no cellphone service/good connection unless we were in the bedroom in the back - The staircase to the terrace/pool is a safety concern, especially if you’ve had a few drinks
 - Beds are queen size in both rooms and are very uncomfortable - Though we appreciate their security measures, we did not appreciate multiple cameras pointing at the pools.

Wonderful!

This property is a three level townhome, with the upper level being a partially covered terrace with dining area, bar, and private heated plunge pool. We loved the dappled shade provided by the huge banyan tree across the street. The unit is very modern and clean, with two en-suite bedrooms, each with a very comfortable queen bed. The main bedroom has a desk area as well. Closet and drawer space is ample. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances (including Nespresso and frother), and there is a combination washer/dryer that is easy to use. The owner, Arturo, lives next door and is very friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay. If there are issues, the property manager, Luis, is always quickly available and gets back very quickly
.Alex cleans the pool and terrace daily and waters the plants and is aldo friendly. The location is about a 10 minute walk to Calle Olas Atlas, 1 minute to the local central market (fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, guacamole, etc.). Bonito Kitchen is across the street as well as the best fish taco stand in Puerto Vallarta
other great restaurants are Chenandos around the corner, Mi Café two blocks away, and Tintoque. The walk to the Rio Cuale is only a few blocks, and the Isla Cuale, with its artisan booths and stairway to Casa Kimbetly. We loved the location, and the only drawback was that there was traffic noise that was accentuated due to the wash out of the bridge that normally carries a good deal of the traffic through town last fall

Great location

As everyone has mentioned in previous reviews the location is great, with the outdoor market 3 mins away, lots of great restaurants close by and he beach 8-10 blocks away. Also mentioned before is the noise. My friend and I live downtown so it did not bother us, but the townhouse is on a active street. Overall the experience and stay was fine. The rooftop is great but if you are looking to suntan it is covered by the rubber tree. Overall enjoyed my stay there.

great location and experience!

Working with the property owner and his team was effortless. The townhome was nice and clean when we arrived. Had no issues with the place at all throughout our stay. Walking to the beach only took about 10 to 15 minutes. This place is located in a pretty quiet place with the exception of during the day from the traffic but it was not that bad and would stay at this place again. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well as taco stands. Five stars all the way!!
