Las Cinco Palmas is a 756 sq. ft. light filled condo nestled within the highly desirable Club Condominiums complex, formerly a playground for Hollywood. Your secluded retreat for a memorable holiday in Palm Springs. Stylish, yet intimate and with in-home comforts. Named after the five fan palms that grace our backyard, Las Cinco Palmas provides a peaceful, high design setting in which to relax, recharge and take in the gorgeous San Jacinto mountain views.

Our favorite space is the private patio with porcelain flooring that continues from the interior providing Palm Springs indoor/outdoor living. The patio is perfect for reading a book, grilling out, or taking in the unforgettable views. In the afternoon light you can see the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway as it ascends and descends the mountains. The best time on the patio is during the magic hour when the sun passes over the mountains and the entire area is saturated in magnificent California evening light.

You will also love our fully equipped and open concept kitchen which flows out into the dining space. Well equipped with KitchenAid appliances and a GE induction stove/convection oven, and a Fuego grill on the patio, Las Cinco Palmas provides all you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in, for those nights you just want to kick back and relax. Enjoy complimentary Starbucks K-pods and Numi teas while planning what you want to explore in Palm Springs and the valley or ending your day stargazing.

The bedroom provides an intimate retreat with frosted glass sliding privacy doors that separate it from the main living space. With a queen Rove Concepts bed, plush mattress and quality linens you will find rest. The en suite bath with a spa like tiled shower offers luxury bath amenities by Beekman 1802 Fresh Air.

While Las Cinco Palmas is a short drive or walk to Uptown Design District or Downtown Palm Springs, the lush green setting of Club Condominiums with heated pool and spa and meandering sidewalks past all of the unique homes in our complex is a retreat all by itself and you may find no reason to actually leave the community. Your stay includes a dedicated covered parking spot as well as close by visitor parking. In season, feel free to harvest our community's bountiful citrus or simply explore all the unique tropical and semi-tropical flora and fauna. We love the quiet and that is what Las Cinco Palmas is all about.

This was our second stay and it is so comfortable and perfectly appointed, it is like coming home. Paul and Robert have furnished the condo with exactly what you need -- no more and no less. Neighborhood is quiet, pool and hot tub are quiet, easy access to our favorite Uptown restaurants. Pool is even big enough to swim laps.

We have enjoyed this home for 4 winters now. The mountain views, convenient location, beautifully designed and furnished spaces are just perfect. We should also note that having a concierge meet us to open the home and walk us through the gate system and amenities is so very helpful...unusual to have this service included in our experience.

Palm Springs Perfect!

Perfect is the only word needed to describe our stay! Paul and Robert are amazing hosts and no detail was overlooked in setting up their home. The views are amazing, the inside and out spaces are so comfortable and the neighborhood was so relaxing. We loved how close we were to everything but a little off the main drag! Great suggestions for restaurants and activities!

Fab Palm Springs stay

This property was perfect for our trip to Palm Springs. The unit is in a gated community on the north side of town so it was a fantastic home base to explore not only Palm Springs but the high desert and Joshua Tree. The view from the kitchen was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Palm Springs Getaway

I so enjoyed my stay in this property. The condo is lovely and bright, well decorated, well laid out and plenty spacious for one or two travelers to Palm Springs. I especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the extremely comfortable bed. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Palm Springs.

All the best of PSP

Paul & Robert’s quiet condo represents all that’s great about a PSP getaway: stylish & comfortable, and we always feel at home in this quiet complex. It’s close to all the action, but perfectly outside the fray. Their property manager, John, strives to make sure everything is just right & we really enjoyed our break of hiking & museums.

Great place to stay in Palm Springs

This condo was perfect for our stay. Just a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs. The kitchen was stocked with anything that you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub was lovely. Oh and the views from the condo and the pool area of the surrounding mountains were amazing.

Spotless, well appointed, beautiful view, and amazing pool!

Perfect stay from start to finish. Owners and Property Manager take tremendous pride in maintaining the place. Great kitchen and cleaning supplies, nice furnishings and towels, and helpful and well curated resources. Easily the best appliances of any rental we've ever stayed in!Great private patio with beautiful mountain views and lots of birds in the palm, olive, and citrus trees.Gorgeous, sunny pool and spa that we had to ourselves all week.If you want to be based in North Palm Springs and looking for a quiet place then we can't recommend Cinco Palmas enough. We'll hopefully stay there again in the future.

Condo perfect for us!

As we have stayed at other condo’s in the complex, this unit was excellent too! More than enough room for us. Quiet in the condo and pool was never crowded. Secured gate entry is great. We want to stay here again next year-thank you!

Hello Gorgeous!

From the moment you walk-in, the furnishings and setting are just as lovely as described! The kitchen has everything you need and the grill works like a charm. The pool and spa are a wonderful place to relax, as you view the mountains above. A quiet retreat for two (or one) just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs.

Checks all the boxes

This little jewel box is the perfect getaway for a couple. It’s in a secluded well manicured area with a fantastic pool where the views are unparalleled. A great shower. A private courtyard with beautiful vistas to the mountains and nature. This was our second visit and certainly not the last.

Perfect Solo Getaway

I went to Palm Springs for a long weekend on my own. The property was a perfect home base while I explored. I spent the days taking advantage of the area's activities and was always welcomed back to a quiet and private respite where I could sit on the patio with a cold drink and enjoy the view of the mountains and palm trees. It was perfect!
