Fun in the Sun!

We had a great time at the house! It was so spacious and there was so many things to do. We loved the hot tub and fire table at night when it was cooler, and the kids loved the pool and basketball court during the day. We would definitely go back!

Check in was 90 minutes after 4pm. The pool was not clean. Pool cleaners and maintenance people left garage doors and gates open when we were not home and never returned to remedy after we informed management. Sports court is over grown with bushes and is very old and in poor shape. Was a disappointing experience for the price level.

Our Family Gathering

Challenging week of winter travel but we all eventually made it. This place far exceeded our expectations. Great location. 20 minutes from sky harbor. Kids enjoyed all the outdoor sports. An indoor/outdoor feel with the sliding doors.

Great Getaway with The Guys

We utilized this property for a Mens' Retreat and delayed 40th birthday celebration for two our our eight-man crew. Spent a long weekend taking advantage of the property's many amenities, including the pickle ball court, pool, and ping pong table. The property is nicely maintained and well stocked, and the hosts are very communicative and professional. We will be back and would highly recommend it.

Paradise Valley Retreat

The house was amazing for our family gathering. It has so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The space is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. *A couple of things that we would make the place even better. Hooks on the doors to hang towels, dimmers on the light switches, table lamps in the bedrooms, and new ping pong paddles. Also the floor on the covered patio is extremely slippery and should be addressed.

Beautiful property but a bit tired

Property is gorgeous. Location is good. There were a number of issues with broken cabinets/door handles/etc throughout the house, pool was dirty upon arrival and water level dropping throughout the stay, outdoor lights not working, and just other run-down type issues. Property manager aware with not a lot of action taken. With some updates would be fantastic. Expected more when paying top dollar for a luxury home.

A great house and location

We enjoyed a guys weekend of my siblings, son, nephews and a few good friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had enough rooms for the 11 of us to sleep, plus lots to do at the house between outings to golf, Topgolf, restaurants, hikes, etc. The pickle ball court was great, though the rackets were pretty tired so my friend bought a better set to use and then take home with him. We also made good use of the pool, hot tub, grill, ping pong, corn hole, water basketball and putting green, in addition to watching football on the living room and patio big screen TVs. The putting green and volleyball court were unexpected new additions; with so much else to enjoy, we never got around to playing volleyball. On our Revana contact’s recommendation we had Chef Christine in to make us a delicious surf and turf birthday dinner which was one of the highlights of the weekend. The place was expensive, but divided by 11 it’s not bad. No major flaws or issues, but we wrote up a list of minor maintenance and lighting improvements that would make things even better. I didn’t want to leave, and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

This place has it all! We enjoyed the gourmet chefs kitchen and outdoor grill. We had the pool heated and found that it was a huge source of enjoyment for my 3 year old son. The check in process was smooth and they even came back and provided new basketballs for the pool and sport court when we commented that they were flat and old. From the fully stocked pantry, extra drinks in the fridge, to the beautiful location it was a wonderful trip. If you are prone to bug bites then do bring bug spray because I found myself getting bit in the evening hours by the pool. Overall we would love to stay here again and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Property was nice. Not with what we paid for it though. Listing agent advertised “cleaning service INCLUDED-2 hours per day” but then told us they stopped doing this due to Covid. We booked this property in January 2021, nine months after Covid hit. They couldn’t update their listing to remove the cleaning service?

The kitchen was very spacious to cook all that we wanted and enough space for seating to eat. Doors opening to the pool was really lovely and it was nice to have the space in the pool house which was bigger than I anticipated. I would definitely stay here again. It was a beautiful home!

Fantastic Property

This property was absolutely fantastic. It's in a great location, the pool was awesome, the casita was awesome, and we had a blast playing beanbag toss, basketball, swimming and grilling. Every room was clean, tasteful, and classy. The Revana team was also great in terms of communicating everything up front, getting us access (and accommodating a late arrival) and arranged for cleaning during our stay. First Class all around.

Best Guys Golf Retreat

This house exceeded expectations! We went there with 16 guys for an annual golf outing and the house couldn't have been nicer. I recommend booking this house for your next get away to Scottsdale. Great pool and entertaining area.

Great Stay in paradise!

We had a fantastic stay here for a week with the family. The home had everything we needed, and had the nice luxury white linens, stocked with toiletries, included daily maid service and they even met us at the property to give us a tour and show us how the home operated! What a unique top of the line touch. I will definitely rent again!!!

Where do I begin.? The place was immaculate, and well kept. Met with the owner, was a very nice guy and clearly wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in AZ when we return next. Simply amazing.

This house is absolutely spectacular! We rented the place to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary and had a group of 10. We spent the first 30 minutes excitedly running around from room to room -- each room was more magnificent than the next and the outdoor setting is absolutely ideal. We enjoyed the pool/hot-tub cantilevered over the mountain with incredible views of Phoenix, the gorgeous living area, the amazing movie theater, the elevator to get around the giant complex, and every other room in the place. You can enjoy your time without ever having to leave the house - stock up on groceries because you won't want to go anywhere else!

Larry, thank you for the review! You accidentally wrote the review about on of our other Villas lol This home does not have the elevator and views of PHX, but it is a wonderful luxury villa. Thank you for staying at our luxury home :-)

Amazing!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was a perfect gathering place for my family to spend quality time together. The views were beautiful, we just couldn't get enough of it. The house was perfect and lots of space. We truly felt like we were coming "home" after we'd been out and about for the day, it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely consider this place again if we have another opportunity!

This is an excellent home in an excellent location. Very private but convenient to restaurants and stores. The house is well outfitted, very comfortable and has wonderful views. The agents are extremely professional and responsive. Looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing vacation!

Golf in the morning and enjoy the entertainment in the afternoon. This was perfect for us. We were so close to some amazing courses and were able to come back to our house to relax in the pool and play outdoor games like bocce and ping pong. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group as well.

Out Of Control

house fit us 12 Golfers from Vancouver comfortably and we had a lot of fun gambling on the chipping course below the house.
