The back part of owners' house (who have a restaurant in the village) is located opposite the gîte (not overlooked). The gîte consists of a main house and an adjoining studio, both on 2 levels and beautifully renovated by local craftsmen, with local materials carefully selected (wood, stone walls, lime insulation). Main part : On raised ground floor, a very large living room with kitchen area, dining area (billiard table), lounge area. Storage room. Wc. 2 bedrooms (1 has disabled access), each one with 160 x 200 cm bed, private shower room including Wc. Upstairs : mezzanine with single bed, corridor. 3 bedrooms (one with 160 cm bed) (one with 160 cm bed & single bed) (one with 160 cm bed & single sofa bed), private shower room including Wc for each bedroom. Studio part (outside access) : on the ground floor, kitchen & lounge areas. Shower room including Wc. On the mezzanine (attic for a small part) : 160 cm bed, blacony leading to the main part of gîte. Top quality appliances and bedding. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied. Baby equipment on request. Outdoors : interior courtyard on 2 levels and closed by walls (not overlooked). Covered terrace, sets of garden furniture, outdoor furniture, outdoor spa (free access), barbecue, gas plancha, boules alley. Large adjoining garden (not enclosed). Parking. On request: meals delivery and special evenings using the bread oven (when owners are on site only). Easily accessed via A89. City of Tarare and Aquaval Nautical Center 14 km.
