Thirsty Turtle is a beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, two-story townhome located in the quiet neighborhood of Tivoli in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Recently updated, this wonderful space has relaxing, cool blues and natural tones that flow through while sleeping up to 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy a luxurious king bed in the master suite that features a private balcony that overlooks the pool, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a chic double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a king bed, large flat-screen TVs, and generous closet space. Both also have access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Up the spiral staircase, you will find the loft area, which has been turned into the 4th guest bedroom, with two twin beds and two rollaway beds, a flat-screen TV, and a half bath: a great space for kids or extra guests! The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted seabed. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
