Unser BergrĂŒckzug ist mit 3 vollen Geschichten geteiltes Niveau. In den öffentlichen Bereichen können Sie sich ganz einfach versammeln, doch in den privaten Betten und Badezimmern findet jeder seinen Platz. Die gesamte Einheit wurde gerade mit neuen GerĂ€ten und Dekor umgebaut. Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig und die EndgerĂ€tefenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein komplett eigenes Bad. Die Master Suite verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Tempurpedic-Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem MinikĂŒhlschrank und Kaffeeservice. Das Hauptbad ist besonders gerĂ€umig und umfasst eine Steamist-Dampfdusche. Alle Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Kabel-TV und der Wohnbereich ĂŒber einen großen Plasma-Bildschirm mit modernster Soundanlage, Comcast Xfinity-Kabel und Blu-ray-Player. Eine kleine Bibliothek mit DVDs und Blu-ray-Discs steht zu Ihrer VerfĂŒgung und wird voraussichtlich wachsen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner in voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe sind zentral gelegen, um allen GĂ€sten einen einfachen Zugang zu ermöglichen. Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet mit brandneuem All-Clad-Kochgeschirr, Crock-Pot, Filterkaffeemaschine (ein Keurig befindet sich in der Master Suite), Toaster, Mixer und allem, was fĂŒr die Zubereitung hausgemachter Mahlzeiten benötigt wird. FĂŒr diejenigen, die Reservierungen bevorzugen, gibt es einige wirklich ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der Stadt (eine kurze Busfahrt) und auf dem Berg zu Fuß erreichbar.

Kay was so welcoming and even put up a Christmas tree for us to extend the holiday feels. She was very helpful with advice, this being our first trip to Steamboat.We loved everything from the family-friendly layout (5 mini levels!) that gave everyone space and quiet to the ultra convenient location across from the bus stop, where we waited no more than 3 minutes at any time. We especially enjoyed reading by the fire after a day on the slopes. The kitchen made meal prep a breeze and was our gathering spot before the days adventures at the resort, in downtown Steamboat, and at Strawberry Hot Springs (the Hot Springs Shuttle picked us right up at the door).We will definitely return!

Steamboat Adventure

We had a great week in Steamboat with family. House was roomy and perfect for a group. Although there were 4 total sets of stairs, there was a bedroom and 1 1/2 baths on the main floor. Lots of indoor areas to gather.

Fabulous stay

My husband and I stayed with 2 other adults and had a great time. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We skied during the day (took the bus and used the VRBO locker) and went out for happy hour and dinner in the village that is walkable and took bus to go into town.Would stay again. Kay was responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Awesome place!

This was our 5th stay in a homeaway property this year and this one was by far our favorite! Plenty of room for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom on separate floors. Fully stocked, very comfortable, and easy to find. Booked last minute and were very pleased overall! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Hitting the Slopes

This place had a great vibe with more than ample room for all six of our party. Everyone had their own separate places to hang out....and the short distance to the great skiing was fantastic! Can't beat the short skip up to the bus stop for a very brief ride to the base!! Would absolutely stay here again. P.S. Loved the pizza so much at Antonio's we had some brought over to the base on our second day for a lunch break from skiing.

Lovely roomy 3 BR condo. Great locations. Across the street from the bus stop. So easy to ride the bus. Also a very short drive to slopes, grocery & other shopping. Host is so very warm, welcoming, & accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here

Beautiful home and location

Excellent host and condo

I have stayed in many short-term rentals and this was terrific! The host was in touch, put up a Christmas tree, left us chocolates and gifts and even offered to accept and wrap our Christmas packages sent in advance! The place is on several levels so we could spread out. The ski shuttle bus couldn’t be more convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc but also coffee, oils, spices and much more.we were very happy with this rental unit and the entire experience.

Great family place

This was a ski vacation for 6adults and 2 young children. Location was excellent. Bus right across the street for a very short ride to the base. Great kitchen and eating area. Two locations to hang out in. Every bedroom had a bathroom plus room for a child on the floor. This was our second stay here and we love it. Kay was also great and communicative.

A Mountain Town Gem

This cozy, very clean and well equipped condo was a welcomed retreat !! Each level in this condo lead to separate comfortable bedroom areas with their own bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to have everything and we liked the gas bbq for steaks in the evening. The access to Steamboat ski area was a snap. We walked a short distance out our front door and caught the shuttle to the main resort area. We will return to this condo and ski area in the future 😃

Weekend ski trip

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well organized and stocked, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. We appreciated staying at a condo where the owner clearly still uses the condo themselves, and it's not just a generic rental property (there was a sense of character in the place). The condo is an easy bus or car ride away from the mountain. We had a couple of questions for the host, and she was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful townhome near Steamboat!

Great communication prior to arrival with Kay. She made sure to leave some beer and wine for us since we were arriving late. Townhome is wonderful, very nice and updated. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything we needed. Living room has a great fireplace and comfortable seating for relaxing and games. Home is a very short shuttle ride or manageable walk to the base of Steamboat. Would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay...gorgeous, cozy and convenient! A family favorite!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and cozy! When we arrived, special personalized touches had been left to make us feel welcome. The furnishings and decor were beautiful , including the Christmas tree! The kitchen was very well stocked with basic supplies, which was very nice to have coffee the next morning before making a trip to the grocery store. It was so convenient to walk across the street and catch the bus to go anyplace downtown or to the slopes. We will check on the availability of this unit in the future and it will be at the top of our list for the next time we stay in Steamboat!

Cozy, clean, accommodating - perfect home away from home

If you’re looking for a comfortable, inviting, and well kept home away from home, you won’t be disappointed here. Especially for a group of couples, the segregated spaces and numerous bathrooms/bedrooms guarantee both privacy and comfort while still providing ample social gathering space for cooking, family style dinner, movie nights, group board games, etc. The rooms themselves are cozy, clean and comfortable and the condo is furnished with warm western mountain town decor that gives it endearing character and charm - certainly more than you’ll find at your standard hotel stay. The host is also kind and attentive, quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommend to couples or families looking for a memorable steamboat stay.

Perfect Steamboat Springs summer escape

I was an owner of a VRBO property so am pretty picky about meeting expectations and cautious of accurate listings. This property exceeded my expectations and the listing is right on, actually the place is better than the listing implies. It was close enough to downtown to make it convenient and there is a free shuttle right across the street so you really don't need a car once you get there. The inside is very nicely decorated and the master quarters most excellent. Our guests were comfortable in the queen beds as well. As a skier I can say it would be perfect for all of the skiing and other winter activities but there were plenty of summer time things to do. We are planning to come back next summer!

We are the Lesters, Randy and Kay, of Fort Worth, Texas. We made our first ski trip together to Steamboat Springs as college students (in 1977!!) We have enjoyed many trips to Colorado, both winter and summer, over the years of raising our five children. We are empty-nesters and purchased our condo with an eye to spending a great deal more time here in the near future. The arrival of our first grandchild in January 2015 gave us another generation with which to enjoy the mountain. Five more have followed making it a gathering point for parents, siblings and cousins.

Kay's sister and brother-in-law own another Herbage Townhome (VRBO #399021ha) and we decided to join forces in order to enjoy many future family gatherings in this idyllic setting. We knew our adult children would be able to enjoy it for years to come, as well.
