The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, which converts into a double bed, and a table for two. You'll find a video projector with Netflix access so you can relax and watch your favorite movies and series. You'll also enjoy a fitness area equipped to work out at your leisure, as well as a piano.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals.

The bedroom features a double bed carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Closets will allow you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

The 6th arrondissement, a natural Lyon lung with its Park and zoo. It is often described as the chicest district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It is also a shopping district, mainly around Cours Vitton.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Interpol, is just a 2-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
