CONCIERGE & GUEST SERVICES
Every booking includes access to our dedicated guest services team, available 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM. Services include a complimentary 30-minute planning session, grocery pre-stocking, private chef arrangements, in-home spa services, activity planning, and local vendor coordination.
TRANSPARENT PRICING — NO HIDDEN FEES
We believe in full transparency — no hidden fees and no surprises. Your quoted rate includes access to all standard amenities including the heated private pool, hot tub, game room, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights during peak season. Sunday-to-Sunday reservations are preferred between June 14 and August 16. Shorter stays of 3 nights are available during low and shoulder season (March through mid-May and September through December).
Guest Capacity: Up to 32 overnight guests. Our base rate covers up to 16 guests, with an additional guest fee of $35 per person per night (plus tax) for larger groups. For events, daytime guest counts of 40–60+ are possible.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Linen & Towels: Included at no charge for stays of 7+ nights. A $750 linen fee applies for shorter stays.
Beach Chairs: 5 beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.
Pool Season: Open April 26 through October 10. Pool heating included July/August; off-season heating available for $750/week.
Pet Fee: Up to 3 dogs welcome at $250 per dog per stay.
Extra Guest Fee: $35 per person per night (plus tax) beyond 16 guests.
