Dieses Haus liegt an einem Strandabschnitt, an dem die vorbeifahrenden Autos zur Dünenseite des Strandes umgeleitet werden. Dies bedeutet, dass die Autos HINTER den Leuten am Strand sein werden. Die Daten für die "Spurverschiebung" sind Memorial Day bis Labor Day und von 9 bis 17 Uhr.

Dies ist das Meer von seiner schönsten Seite - eine herrliche Aussicht von jeder Ebene dieses luxuriösen Hauses direkt hinter der Düne am Meer. Drei Wohnbereiche schaffen mehrere Optionen für Ihren Familienurlaub. Meer bietet eine gehobene Unterkunft mit sechs Master-Schlafzimmer, sechs Badezimmer mit WC und 2 WCs. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, um in jeder Ebene dieses wunderschön ausgestattete Haus zu entspannen. Stufe drei bietet prächtige Ledersitze, ein Heimkino-System mit Surround-Sound 42 "HDTV und gut ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Spülmaschinen. Die Master-Suite auf dieser Ebene verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Smart-TV mit DVD, einen Whirlpool und einen atemberaubenden Meerblick von jedem Aussichtspunkt. Bis eine halbe Treppe, werden Sie die Schiffs Uhr mit Platz für vier finden. Genießen Sie ein Pokerspiel oder stellen Sie ein Puzzle zusammen.
Ebene zwei öffnet sich in einem gemütlichen Bau mit komfortablen Sitzgelegenheiten und weiteren Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, einem 32-Zoll-Smartv mit DVD.

Love this Place

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It was private and a quick walk to the beach. We watched the wild horses from the house every day. The layout of the house worked well for all of us. We would stay here again.

Great place

12 members of my family stayed and it was great. Wonderful location. The house was nice; the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were really wonderful after all day at the beach. We loved the 4x4 beach, would definitely recommend getting a 4WD car! It’s a drive to town so get groceries on the way out to the house.

Seaside is a huge house too and great for a large family. Multiple living areas makes it easy to have many different activities happening all at the same time. The new decks make the outside VERY inviting and that ocean view from the living room just can't be beat!!

Breathtaking Views

The property was perfect for a large Family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The pool and the Hot Tub was nice after a long day on the beach. I would bring lots of bottled water and ice for drinking and cooking. The Property Manager was excellent!

The house was nice, but needs to be updated. The walkway to the beach was a giant sand dune that had you had to climb up and then go down. I actually fell going down because it was kind of steep. Not sure if there can be anything done with that because of all the laws with sand dunes. We did have perfect weather and spent lots of family time which is the most important thing.

Yes the sand dunes in front of the house are privately owned so you are supposed to use the driving accesses to get to the beach. Most people do walk over at the right of way but it is not cut in and probably never will be. Also there was a storm that cut the beach side of that dune making it kinda treacherous for a few weeks. The shape of the dunes changes regularly. Seaside is being updated every year and the owner has done quite a bit. Most recently, new floors, new exterior paint, new slider doors, new refrigerator, new HVAC units on three floors. Beach weather is hard on decks which could use some TLC. But mostly, keeping things updated is a full time job here. I think Seaside is doing a great job keeping up... we are happy to have it in our inventory. So glad you enjoyed the time with your family.

Great time, wonderful view

We absolutley loved this property. Had horses come right up to the fencing for the pool. Pool was nice, hot tub was fantastic. The people who we rented from were incredible. Easy to contact and talk to. Sadly we had to cut our vacation a day short because we weren't sure how things would be effected by Hurricane Ian. It was super windy and rainy. The beach driving was amazing, we had an f150, two jeeps, and a Kia. The only time we had trouble was during the storm on the way out. We definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. 14 of us and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The house offers plenty of privacy in the layout, as well as a great amount of common space. The pool was the cleanest we've seen at a rental, and the pool company came twice during our stay to check on the condition - we were impressed! You can't beat the views or location - I miss waking up to dolphins & pelicans every morning with my coffee. The house literally has everything you need to prepare all meals and enjoy time your time at the beach (except beach towels - pack those!). Laura and David were incredibly helpful, provided quick responses and even gave on-the-spot directions to the house form the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back!

An awesome seaside experience at Seaside

This was our first time at the Outer Banks and I think we picked the perfect home! Location: The house was ideally located with wild horses grazing around us at all times of the day. The 4x4 beach meant we had a controlled number of beachgoers which was very comforting during these times. The house: Seaside was spotless and very well set up with games and amenities to keep everyone happy and entertained. The kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook and bake as we please. The management: Laura was an absolute delight to work with. She was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and communicate often and effectively. Overall this was the perfect escape! Thank you!

Great trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside has all the amenities that you need, the kitchen was very well stocked and each bedroom has a full bathroom which is fantastic. You can drink your coffee in the morning on the top deck and watch the sunrise and see the horses. The 4wd beach wasn't an issue for our suburban, however your vehicle needs to have adequate ground clearance as the sand can get quite deep in spots. Bring a shovel just in case as I did but didn't need it. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

We are so pleased you didn't need that shovel!!! It is a good idea to have one though just in case. Seaside has a pretty good access with only one or two spots where you grab the "uh - oh" grab bar in the car. !! It is an adventure all the way through, with many experiences that will last a lifetime. Driving on the sand, visits from wild horses, porpoises, pelicans, and then all that the ocean can offer. Sunny days on the beach is just the beginning.

Everything I'd hoped for and more...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was absolutely dreamy. The home was clean and well-stocked. The view from the living room was stunning (ocean views all around), and we were lucky to see the wild horses everywhere during our stay. We overheard some folks saying they hadn't seen so many of the horses as they had this year, so we were beyond lucky.This was our first time on a 4X4 beach. I was a little worried about getting stuck in the sand, but we never did. We drove a 4-Runner and a Jeep Wrangler and were just fine.Definitely going to visit again!

The horses tend to stay out near the beach when the wind is off the land. So we must have been having westerly winds that week. I agree that those views are pretty astounding. All you see is BLUE! :-)

Great Experience

The location is beautiful--I thought that driving on the sand would be obnoxious, but the beach travel is a blast. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach--probably the most beautiful beach that I have been to in my (not particularly well-traveled life). Laura was incredibly responsive to our concerns. For example, the dryer went out immediately before our stay, and she promptly had it replaced with a new one. She always responded to my text messages within an hour or two. The house itself met our needs perfectly, with, most notably, a well-stocked open-concept kitchen, dining, and common area, and a deck with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside seemed to be designed perfectly for my family of 13. Each bedroom having a private bath prevented many fights! A private pool and hot tub was the highlight for the young kids not ready for the surf. We loved the idea of a bit of isolation. driving in the beach everyday was a breeze and a very fun. The ability to stretch out was unique from any other beach we stayed at, it was like having a private beach. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for a large group who just want to relax. You will not find a better management experience anywhere communication and flexibility with Laura was outstanding.

Relaxation with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another fantastic stay - this vacation house is truly a gem. You can go from feeling the sand between your toes to unwinding by the pool, lounging in the porch swing, or relaxing on your very own private balcony. The breathtaking views will leave you in awe, and all your worries will simply melt away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you can't find something, it means you probably don't need it! And for those who love to read, there's even a selection of Book of the Month books available for your enjoyment. I've completely lost track of how many times I've stayed here! I'm so thrilled to return next year! Counting down!

Six years and counting!! We are so glad you love Seaside as much as we do! This home is PERFECT for any group, large or small with plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. I think once you find your "spot", it's such a joy to return to it every year. No worries about whether you'll like it when you KNOW you'll LOVE IT! See you next year!
