BOOKING INFORMATION & RATES

We believe in full transparency — no hidden fees and no surprises. Your quoted rate includes access to all standard amenities including the heated private pool, hot tub, game room, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

Minimum Stay: 7 nights during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Shorter stays of 3-5 nights may be available during shoulder season (March through mid-April and October through December).

Guest Capacity: Up to 30 overnight guests. Our base rate covers up to 16 guests, with an additional guest fee for larger groups. For events, daytime guest counts of 40-60+ are possible.

Linen & Towels: Included at no charge for stays of 7+ nights. A $750 linen fee applies for shorter stays.

Pool Season: Open Memorial Day through Labor Day with heating included. Off-season pool heating available upon request for an additional fee.
