- Bedroom 4: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A balcony of around 8m² for each ground-floor bedroom
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture as well as a stone-grill and an electric barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
