Family cottage nestled in the pines, 7/10 mile to beach, .5 to center of town

Welcome to our family cottage! This unique cottage is nestled amongst the Pine trees, and is a half mile from the center of Ogunquit. The cottage is 1100sq. feet, and is accommodating for large families, in addition to being great for a few couples seeking a getaway.
As you drive up the long private drive, it is almost as if you are entering the forest. However, at night you can hear the waves crashing form the nearby ocean. This quaint cottage is situated on what is just about an acre of land. The large grass lawn is perfect for lawn games. We have provided bocci ball, badminton, and corn hole for your enjoyment. There is a fire pit, a propane grill and two picnic tables, as well as plenty of parking.
Ogunquit beaches were just ranked amongst the top ten beaches in the US!! No need to pack all your beach gear! This rental property has 5 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, umbrella and Nantucket buggies (to haul it all ).
This cottage is 1 mile from Footbridge beach and 7/10 from Main beach. You may drive by car and pay a daily rate to park. Or take the trolly, which has two stops to the left or right from the driveway ( a hundred yard or so). Some people don't mind the walk!
You will be in walking distance from the center of town (.5) with all its unique shops and restaurants. The Egg and I , which is conveniently right at the end of the driveway , is the best breakfast and lunch around. Just across rout 1, is the Lobster Pound and next door is an Ice Cream shop.
This cottage has three bedrooms upstairs. Two of the rooms have full size beds, and one that has two twins and a futon (we call this the kids room).There is plenty of space for them to sleep and play. Each room has a fan. The two master bedrolms have air conditioning. Downstairs has two couches that can be made in to beds for 1. All sheets , pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. All beds have waterproof mattress protectors.
The kitchen should have all you need to prepare every meal including grilling utensils. There is a microwave, toaster, gas oven and stove, full fridge and a coffee bar. There is nothing better than catching the sunrise on the screened in porch with your morning coffee. We will provide dish towels, hand towels, all cleaning supplies. We also leave you with paper supplies and trash bags to get you started. You will find a newly renovated bathroom with a washer and dryer. There is a clothesline outside.
There is one TV in the front family room that has a dvd player, and a firestick that you can log onto your apps. The whole house has WIFI. The dining room table can seat up to 12, with a leaf added.
We like to be accommodating to our guests, and hope to have everything you need.
