Neue Vermietung. Ein 5-minĂŒtiger Spaziergang zum Long Sands Beach entlang einer Privatstraße (am Anchorage Hotel). Viele lustige AktivitĂ€ten in York. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 BĂ€der und viel Wohnraum. Hat zwei Außendecks, eines direkt neben den beiden Schlafzimmern im zweiten Stock, sowie eine schöne Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Parkplatz fĂŒr 3 Autos. Keine Haustiere und kein Rauchen erlaubt. Keine Klimaanlage, aber Deckenventilatoren in allen Zimmern, der Ort bleibt cool. Vermietung möglich von Mitte Juni bis August; Mindestens 7 Tage und mindestens 3 NĂ€chte im Mai / Oktober / November. ErhĂ€ltlich von Mai bis November.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. There were a lot of amenities avail to us, such as bikes, washer, dryer, etc. Christine was very nice and answered all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is great and has everything you could possibly need for a few days at the beach.Christine was a great host, communication was great, check in process extremely easy. Family reunion

We travelled to York to visit a cousin living in the area. The house was perfect for us Very easy to walk to the beach or local restaurants. Plenty of inside & outside seating for us to gather & catch up. Hosts were accessible and attentive. We hope to return!

Great location & communication

Great spot with close proximity to everything nearby. Christine was very communicative and kept in touch through the entire stay. Cleaning fee not included in the original booking but we were given the opportunity to leave the unit as clean as we found it to avoid any extra charges. The property provided everything you would need for a stay by the beach.

Great Location

The house was very comfortable and the location was awesome Christine had great communication and everything was a breeze. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. I would not recommend more than 6 adults because the other two bedrooms had twin beds but if you were staying with kids this would be perfect. Just remember that there are only 2 bathrooms but that’s the case with a lot of the homes in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

York Beach Family Fun

Christine’s beautiful beach home was the perfect home base for our 3 generations as we relaxed on our annual family vacation. All ten of us enjoyed playing games, watching movies, cooking meals and making memories when we weren’t playing in the sand, splashing in the waves or eating lobster. Her home had everything we needed
5 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower, a well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfortable living space. Christine’s home was family friendly- tastefully decorated and outfitted with beach toys, kid movies, a wide range of games and books, providing plenty of entertainment for the 4 grandchildren (ages 4-13) without the parents and grandparents needing to worry about breakable furnishings. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. We wish there was more time to enjoy the outdoor grill, but we were too busy eating lobster and admiring the gorgeous flowers surrounding the home. Prior to our visit Christine promptly answered all our questions and provided lists and brochures of local restaurants snd attractions. If we’re ever back in York Beach we’ll definitely stay here again!

Nice hideaway

We had a delightful stay! The house is conveniently located near the beach, making it easily accessible by foot. The neighborhood is remarkably peaceful. There are an ample number of pots and pans, making cooking a home-style meal easy. The floor plan is ideal for families, allowing all members to sleep close by.

Fantastic location & Cozy Well-Loved Home

We had an amazing time during our stay in York. Christine was incredibly responsive and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the house and even York in general. The house is great for a large family - we went with my in-laws and we never felt on top of each-other. The porch is a wonderful additional living area. The beach was a 10-minute walk and so convenient to get to every day via a private path. Our only "complaint" (if you could even call it that), is the lack of a professional cleaning service between guests. It is up to the guests to clean for the next family and this meant we had to do some cleaning when we arrived for sanitary purposes (bathrooms) and it took the entire morning of our last day (check-out) to clean to the required standards. It is worth noting, this was NOT a surprise as it was made clear in the contract before hand. If you are willing to do your own cleaning potentially in the beginning (depending on the quality of cleaning from the people before you) and end of your trip, go for it! Even so, we absolutely would recommend this property to any family looking for a place to stay in York close to the beach and large enough for a big family! Kudos to the hosts.

Expectations Exceeded...

I've been visiting York Beach for many many years with my kids starting out camping and now via house rentals. Finding Christine & David's home was just perfect for our family of adult children able to visit during the week as time permitted. The house itself was perfectly set up to allow full family interaction and also some quiet time as needed. The location and short walk to the beach couldn't have been better or easier. I will look to book this place for future years to come. Christine was a wonderful host and I would certainly recommend her rental as a great option for your stay at York Beach. Very accessible

This house was great for a multi-generational family vacation. 1st floor bedroom with bathroom access for grandparents, good bedroom setups upstairs, big kitchen for prepping meals and plenty of open space for toddlers. Looking forward to booking again!

Annual June vaca

The house was very clean and easy to find everything! The towels on the bed with the shell on them was a nice touch. It was so welcoming! The book was a great help, too! The welcome sign and little snacks was very sweet to greet us. It was a very short walk to Long Sands which was great! The decks and porch were perfect to sit abd relax or enjoy a meal at.
