The house is ideally located just 300 m from the beach, accessible by a pedestrian path. The small historic market town of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys is 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The house is located in a quiet environment with very little traffic in front. The garden is completely enclosed, offering privacy and tranquility.

We have 2 terraces:

A first at the front, on the street side, facing south-east, perfect for enjoying the sun in the morning.
A second at the back, on the garden side, facing south-west, ideal for sunny afternoons and evenings.

The house has two bedrooms:

- The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).
- The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190).
(We also provide a cradle (from birth to 12 months) as well as a high chair.

The house is also equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience.
