The apartment itself was very nice with two queen beds and two bathrooms which is very difficult to find within the city. The bedding was wonderful and the apartment itself was very clean and new with restaurants and metro stops nearby. The company representative met us at the apartment within 20 minutes of our arrival.
It was not clear in the listing that this apartment is located in an enclosed passage (a non-motorized, covered alley), not on a Paris street. The windows (3 in the apartment) open to this passage, so there is no direct sunlight or fresh outside air. There are also lots of pigeons making their home on the windowsills (it is Paris!), so opening the windows is not an option. The passage is locked at night and the lights are turned out later in the evening, adding some difficulty for late evening returns. The location is also about three blocks from an area of sex shops and sex workers, which is no problem in the day but be aware of this. This apartment would work best for adults (not families) who plan on spending all day and evening out in the city and only need a place to begin and end their day.
