This super clean second floor Carolina Beach condo is located in a Pleasure Island sweet spot: one minute to the beach accessed by a private boardwalk, a five minute stroll to the Town of Carolina Beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to Freeman Park.

Watch the sun come up from the newly renovated deck overlooking the ocean, spend the day on the beach, and then be awed by a beautiful sunset over the canal with the view from the front balcony.

All beds have new memory foam mattresses and rooms are perfectly appointed for your vacation. We provide sanitized linens and make up the beds so you can arrive and start enjoying your vacation right away. The master bedroom with queen bed has a balcony overlooking the canal side and a private full bath. The large second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. A second full bath is right off the main hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. The dining room table has four chairs, plus two bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The bathrooms have just been updated for added comfort. We provide bath and hand towels. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide ROKU smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the large living room. There are also games and books for you to enjoy.

There are also four beach chairs and other beach supplies located in locked storage closet in the main parking area. This comes in handy to store items without the need to drag them up the stairs. There is also a shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.

Everything is ready for you to have a relaxing vacation here on Pleasure Island!

Amazing property. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Beautiful serene family atmosphere. Very quiet with all you need not too far away. Would definitely come back, as unfortunately I got very sick while there.

We had a great time. The condo was in excellent condition and was a great value for the price we paid. The view from the deck is amazing. My only suggestion would be to maybe get a couple of tall chairs so you can look at it from over the railing but that is a minor inconvenience. Communication was very good with the hosts. They even reached out to let us know we could check in early. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

We had a great time. Kitchen cabinets could have been cleaner but we had a good stay. Can’t sit on the porch when raining because the water comes through the holes on the tin and you will get wet. Beds are comfy.

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach. We really liked it. Good restaurants within walking distance. Andrew and Joanne’s condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. Very prompt to respond to anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Great Stay

My wife and our son stayed here for a week while my parents visited for a couple of days. Here is our in depth review.First, I don't require much with respect to rentals. Clean, cold AC, close to amenities, etc. This checked all those boxes. It was a good stay and we would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.The good:The view is amazing. Nice big glass door, clear view of the ocean. Couldn't beat it. As mentioned above, clean, cold AC, convenient.Storage is available for beach things on the ground level which was nice to have. It was also stocked with a few essentials. Although we did not use them, they were good to have.The condo overall was well equipped with enough essentials to get us started...soap, shower items, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.Short walk to the beach. 100 yards or so.Now for the not so good. I will preface this with the property still received the maximum ratings from us because it could always be wayyyy worse.Noise. The condo is noisy. You hear the people beside you and above you. The guests above us were very loud and had some very heavy feet. It was constant. Again, they were quiet between 11 PM and 6 AM so it wasnt a huge deal but it was definitely noticeable.There is no elevator and everything gets carried up some stairs. I am 35 so not a huge deal but something to think about if you are older or limited in mobility. There is 1 parking space for the condo. Parking is a pain .

Comfortable Beach Stay in a Convenient Area

This was a wonderful place to relax with all the amenities you need for a longer beach stay. Convenient parking, steps from the beach, large deck, washer/dryer, and plenty of great nearby restaurants. Short drives to surrounding cities means that it's easy to add even more activities to break up the beach days. Hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. You can tell the place has been really well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Tranquilizing

The property was all it as stated, spacious, clean with exhilarating views. There is an eclectic choice of restaurants to choose from as well as grocery stores. Access to beach is a easy walk from unit. We had planned on eating out much more, however we enjoyed the deck's view and cooked quite a bit in unit. We would definitely concider staying here again. Andrew and Joanne were great at getting back to us and anwsering all of our question before arriving and during our stay. Thanks we had a great time. Terrry and Vickie

We have stayed at this condo twice this year and hope to go back around the winter holidays. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and provided a long list of amenities. The condo is perfectly located with a balcony facing the beach - beautiful sunrises! The owners of the property are great to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and, as I said, we hope to go there again this year. This is truly a 5 Star property.

Great Beachfront Condo

We had a great stay at this 2nd floor condo. Great views of the beach and sunrise. Easy access to beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Condo owners are very nice and responsive. Would stay again if back in Carolina Beach.

Perfect location

Family Vacation

It was our first time in Carolina Beach and we had a great time. This unit was perfect for our family. The area is so quiet. We were worried that our bedroom next to the street would be noisy but it was so peaceful. The covered parking spot and Beach locker has spoiled me. The view is amazing from the balcony or living room. You can see the Boardwalk fireworks from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and it’s the easiest access to the beach of anywhere we have stayed.
