The R&R is able to accommodate large groups, family reunions, business retreats, you name it. No skimping on room or fun here! The floor plan is well thought out, boasting four large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, flatscreen TV, and DVD player for your private viewing pleasure. The spacious kitchen opens up to the oversize dining area with enough seating for the entire clan, and then some.

Relax in the comfort of the great room overlooking the lake or venture out to the full-length back porch offering plenty of shaded and sunny lounging areas, whatever your preference might be. The gated, fenced-in upper section of the backyard is a perfect space for the little ones (and your dogs) to play worry-free.

It's only a short walk across the well-maintained lawn to the water's edge, where you can hop on your water toys and take full advantage of awesome Lake LBJ. The R&R is located on the deeper and calmer waters of the Llano Arm of the lake, where swimming, fishing, boating, and sightseeing are all within a stone's throw. Feel the cool breeze off the water while taking in gorgeous views from the second level of the newly constructed dock, which has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs for everyone. There's simply not a better view or setting anywhere in all of the lovely Texas Hill Country.

For the avid golfer in your group, this vacation wonderland is situated directly across from an 18-hole public golf course, with one of the locals' favorite full-service restaurants right on site.

River Oaks R&R has everything you could ask for to make your next Texas Hill Country adventure one to remember and treasure for years to come.

THINGS TO KNOW
Boats are not allowed on the dock. The dock can be used for swimming and fishing.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: No parking available.

Dock details: you can tie up your boat, but there is no lift available

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
