The house itself is fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked and the layout of the house is great. The only downside is the property is only a block away from the major road out of town so there is often quite a bit of road noise if you are sitting out by the pool. The location is convenient if you are interested in driving to out of town hiking (including Joshua tree) but is not within easy walking distance of most restaurants/downtown Palm Springs.

Chic and stylish property
We had a fantastic stay at this chic and stylish property. Everything in the house was thoughtfully designed and well labeled. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool/outdoor area was the best part for the kids. The neighborhood does tend to get very windy in the afternoons but it was a nice to have that in the heat. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Joe was super efficient and sent a welcome text the moment we landed. He was extremely responsive by text, even at night. Overall, it was an excellent stay.message for all our needs even at night.

Overall great experience and would definitely rent here again. The layout of the house is the best. Main primary bedroom and guest bedrooms on opposite ends of house, separated by large open living space and kitchen with all rooms accessible to pool. Very well equipped kitchen, probably best of any of the places we've stayed at in the past. Nice laundry machines. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and nicely decorated. Clean, fairly new showers. Backyard was super private. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Outdoor living and dining area. Property was in a very nice neighborhood, close to some of the famous houses and landmarks. Close to downtown strip. Lots of nice touches, such as laundry supplies, kitchen staples, games, basic toiletries, extra blankets and pillows. Communication with property manager was super responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Everything with the house was great. Being there 3 weeks with no maid service was okay but would have liked a hand vac and a floor swiffer. Place was private and quiet. Outside and pool good. It is a bit windy. Beds were comfortable. We had visitors for several different stays and it is comfortable with 5 people in the house.
