Sun City’s relaxed vibe is the perfect beach getaway to paint new family memories. A light yellow exterior showcases the covered porches and decks that are the perfect place to catch an afternoon breeze.

The first floor offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area where the entire group can gather. The dining table seats six with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar, with a curved sofa in the living room. Further back in the rear of the home, is a bedroom with one King and one Queen bed.
A full bathroom can also double as a powder room for the ground floor. A full-sized washer and dryer are located conveniently off the walkway that leads to the pool area, so washing those swim suits is easy.

On the second floor, a King size bed with a second sleeper sofa in the master suite overlooks a sitting area and French doors open onto a covered balcony with a view of the front yard. The ensuite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. A second king bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

On the third level, the stairs open to a cheerful bedroom with a bunk bed and ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. A large, private balcony with ample seating in the rear of the home provides a place where guests can catch the magnificent orange and pink hues of a Gulf sunset, survey the colorful cottage architecture of the surrounding Crystal Beach area, glimpse the turquoise waters of the Gulf, or even watch the kids splash in the pool below. In the front of the home, a teal green Queen bedroom with private balcony adjoins the bunkbed area, and shares its full bathroom.

Throughout the home, guests will find thoughtful amenities – board games, oscillating fans, a pack-and-play, extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, videos, and even books. Outside, a secluded oasis for guests awaits with private pool, lush landscape, and separate guest house - the perfect place for teenagers or lovebirds. Sitting under the arbor on the deck overlooking the pool is a prime spot for an afternoon nap or stargazing at night. A picnic table is conveniently located near the grill where the catch of the day can be cooked and served poolside. The guesthouse porch overlooks the pool and continues the coastal vibe inside. French doors open from the porch into a living area with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, as well as a kitchenette complete with microwave, sink and mini fridge. The full bath has a walk-in shower, and there is a large walk-in closet as well. The bedroom features two queen beds and French doors that open onto the pool area
