Located in the Villa Marine residence in central Erquy, this 45 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers direct access to the seafront boulevard, Bourg beach and the shopping street. Shops are approximately 50 metres away and the beach is approximately 200 metres away.

The living area includes a lounge with sofa bed, armchair, television and a dining table for 4 guests. The bay window opens onto the balcony, providing a useful outdoor extension after a day exploring the coast.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for everyday meals: oven, induction hobs, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200 which can be joined to create a King Size bed 180x200
- 1 sofa bed 140x190 in the living room

The shower room includes a shower, washbasin with mirror, heated towel rail and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The approximately 4 m² south-facing balcony includes a table for 2 guests. It is suitable for breakfast outside or a quieter end to the day after the beach.

A private parking space is available within the residence. It makes arrivals easier and allows guests to enjoy much of the stay on foot.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between days on Bourg beach, walks towards the fishing harbour and outings to Cap d'Erquy, approximately 2.4 km away.
