Villa Frégate Bay - Sechs Schlafzimmer Villa, Schläft 12

Located on the east coast of Martinique, the 6-bedroom villa accommodates 12 travelers. Facing the sea, with a pontoon to access it, this property is ideal for a stay with family or friends in the south-central basin of Martinique.

The brand-new villa is laid out over two identically configured floors, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



On the first floor is a large terrace that announces the theme of the stay: calm and convivial. There's a breathtaking view of the sea and an infinity pool to enjoy. The terrace includes a sitting area and a dining area with a large table.

Inside, you'll discover an open-plan space sharing the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and indoor living room with a smart TV (netflix access) in front of a comfortable sofa. The kitchen leads to the laundry room, where you'll find a washing machine, freezer and tumble dryer.

Extending from this space are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The other two share a separate bathroom and boast magnificent sea views.

From the same hallway, take the stairs to the first floor, where you'll find the same layout for the three additional bedrooms. A little extra: the two sea-view bedrooms have balconies so you can take full advantage of the sea air.

Around the villa are a number of amenities:



- Lili's restaurant at the lagoon, 5 km away

- the orchid farm 2.8 km away. The distillery at 1710 is also nearby.

- For shopping and errands, the center of Le François is a 10-minute drive away (5 km).

Visit the Clément distillery, 7 km away, to discover the production of Rhum Agricole.



For water sports, you can reach the azur kitesurfing center in 13 minutes and discover the Josephine bathtub. For even more activities, the legendary Pointe Faula beach is just 20 minutes away.



The Far South and the beautiful Pointe Marin beach are 30 minutes away.

And the historic capital to the north of Martinique is 1h2 away.


Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.
At the airport exit, take the DUCOS / MARIN direction and continue to the next exit FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME. Once you've exited, take the second exit towards FRANCOIS (the exit you'll be taking goes over a bridge). At the next traffic circle, just after the bridge, take the 2nd exit towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN. Then follow the signs for FRANCOIS.

After 10km, you'll reach Le FRANCOIS. At the traffic circle, take the second right towards LE VAUCLIN.

After 5 km, after the Dostaly sign on your right, take the Frégate Est 4 entrance on your left (entrance to the Frégate Bleu hotel).

Follow the concrete road. You come to a downhill slope.
After the descent, there's a wall in front of you. Turn left, it's the first entrance on the right. Green gate.
Go through the green gate. Fifth villa on the right.
