Property Overview - Wow GORGEOUS completely renovated Classic Blowing Rock Home near Blowing Rock Country Club! 3BR/3.1 Bath. VERY DESIRABLE location in Blowing Rock.

Close to many wonderful restaurants. 1.3 miles to downtown Blowing Rock. “The Blowing Rock” is less than 1 mile away. Fabulous hiking trails, horseback riding, tomahawk throwing, gem mining, skiing, snow tubing, zip lining, and Tweetsie Railroad is all close by.

Seasonal views of Grandfather Mountain, The Blue Ridge Mountains and The Blowing Rock Country Club and golf course out of most windows in the home and the deck.

Beautiful sunny & bright throughout owners have thought of every detail! Two smart TVs with sono speakers, all new kitchen appliances, quartz counters, cabinets with under cabinet lighting, farm sink, fixtures, tongue & groove ceilings, new bathrooms with new tile, vanities, lighting, fixtures, all new doors, custom closet barn doors, new HVAC with high tech air purification system, (REMI Halo system). Tankless hot water heater and, water purification system. Main level features a great room with a stone fireplace with vented gas logs, an open kitchen & dining area, two bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, & a half bath. The lower level features a sitting area with a day bed, tv with sono speakers a work station with two computer monitors, another large bedroom with work station and computer monitor, a full bath, & a large laundry room. New expansive deck with gas grill and a fire pit which is perfect for grilling out and roasting s'mores or hot dogs.

Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, bright, cozy, and perfect for a family or even for two families. Upstairs and downstairs were comfortable and well decorated. Location was easy to get to and a quick drive to town! The owners were so helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again next time we visit blowing rock!

Lovely retreat

Jenny is an amazing host. She checked in when she noticed the Wi-Fi went out for a few minutes and helped get all back online. This house is beautifully decorated and organized. 2 bedrooms on main level make it easy for anyone with mobility issues. Just booked for a future stay!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND -- A wonderful property in a great location!

Our family of 6 spent two weeks at this delightful property. By far our best VRBO experience -- hands down! So much thought and detail went into every aspect of this rental. It is beautifully decorated but still very comfortable. The outside space is perfect for eating or relaxing. The house also has everything one would need, including a number of nice extras (like walking sticks and a packable hammock) that were unexpected pluses! Great communication from start to finish as well.

Beautiful house in the perfect location!

My family and I had one goal this vacation and it was to explore the area without a ton of driving! Happy to report we accomplished our goal because this house was central to everything. The owners were incredible! Checking-in was easy and welcoming. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful house

Beautiful and clean house that is well stocked with everything that you will need! Great communication with home owner who also left a few treats for us in a welcome basket. Would definitely recommend staying here

Unforgettable Family Time

Beautiful home. Beautiful area. Great hosts. Our family had the most splendid time together. The home is so lovely - every detail was considered. You won't find better décor, fabrics or accessories anywhere. We had all we needed and more. The hosts were very gracious and communicated perfectly. We adored the surround towns. Relaxing getaway home

House was exactly as advertised and in perfect shape when we arrived. Jenny was right on-task to make the check-in easy and fast - no problems. She has assembled a great deal of useful info about the Blowing Rock community in her Welcome Book! The house is very well equipped with everything you would expect. We had a few questions here and there and Jenny was very quick to respond. Thank you Jenny and Glenn for making our trip delightful!

Jenny is a Dental Hygenist who practices in Greensboro, she grew up in Michigan and moved to North Carolina after finishing her degree at University of Michigan in 1996. Glenn is a financial advisor, he grew up in Madison Mayodan North Carolina. They have a son Austin who is 15 and a dog Barbie.

We fell in love with Blowing Rock. It truly feels like a Hallmark Town. The people in Blowing Rock are so friendly, relaxed and have a genuine quality to them. We love to hike, ski, try new restaurants, and explore the many fun opportunities the area provides such as, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, shopping, unique local dinning, riding the alpine coaster, zip-lining, rafting, snow tubing, tomahawk throwing, and so much more. There is an activity for everyone. Tweetsie Railroad is not just for little kids, its fun for the whole family.

This home was redone by the previous owners over a three year period. They put a lot of detail and attention to making this home feel open, clean, and cozy. We fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. The views from all the windows where amazing, lots of natural light floods the home. The view of the country club, golf course and the mountains was instant therapy. We added a tankless hot water heater, WIFI network, smart TV's with sono speakers, vented gas logs, hooked up to city sewer so no septic tank worries, and added new organic mattresses to all the beds. We made sure we tested all the beds for maximum comfort. We really enjoy taking walks in our neighborhood. Everyone is extremely friendly and delightful to get to know.
