REMODELED FOR SUMMER 2024 - One block from the beach! Do you have a boat or Waverunner you want to bring to the beach and dock right outside your unit during your vacation? If so, this unit is just right for you with boat docking access included for Beach Club guests (first come, first serve for guest docking access, but usually there is plenty of room). This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom two-level townhome is conveniently located in Beach Club, directly across from Gold Coast Mall and the movie theater, at 112th St. This unit will sleep eight. Per HOA guidelines, no pets allowed for guests, sorry. You will find approximately 1,000sq. ft. of this tastefully remodeled unit to be very inviting for your stay at the beach. Beach Club is a direct canal-side community, complete with an outdoor pool and shower area, as well as a private cookout area at the end of the canal, bayside. This unit features an 2.5 ton central Air Conditioning system, sure to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Also available to all Beach Club guests is a private community outdoor pool and picnic/cookout area, bayside, complete with private shower access. Off-street parking for one vehicle in the unit's driveway (Garage area is for owner storage, and is not included with guest rental). On-street parking is available on the north side of 112th St. and at the Gold Coast Mall/Comfort Inn parking lot.
Guest WiFi access is included as part of your stay, along with three televisions configured for Roku guest access, great for times to just unwind during your stay. You will find a private patio at the rear of the unit, complete with a table and chairs and an electric grill to enjoy some rest and relaxation outdoors. A full kitchen with dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and blender allows for full meal-prep accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware to make your stay complete. An in-house washer & dryer are located in the first floor bathroom for your convenience. A comfortable living/dining area with a sofa and loveseat, and 4-place dining table with upholstered chairs, along with a countertop bar and 3 stools. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with queen-size bed at the bottom and a twin-xl bed above, along with a twin-xl pull-out trundle bed underneath (80" long mattresses). The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. Board games are in the unit for rainy days or downtime. Bath towels and linens are included. Complete with a keyless entry door access system, so there are no keys to misplace during your stay in OC. We'd love to have you as our guest. I am originally from Ellicott City, MD and my grandparents owned a condo unit in Sea Watch, across from Gold Coast Mall, when I was growing up. I have many great memories of summers spent in OC! My grandfather and I were avid fishermen and he had a boat docked bayside for many years. I love owning a property now that is across the street from the condo where I grew up spending my summers, and I especially love that we are on a canal and have boat docking access onsite. OC is the place where wonderful family memories are made. I am happy to be able to rent out our unit to be a small part of creating memories in the lives of our guests! This is such a great location, in my opinion. You are across the street from Gold Coast Mall and the movie theater, as well as walking distance to the original Green Turtle and Pizza Tugo's. Beach Club is a quiet, bayside community, right on a canal - so bring your boat or waverunner with you on vacation! Our community has an outdoor pool and shower/bath house, which is awesome for just hanging out at the community if you don't feel like heading to the beach one day. You are across the street from public beach access and about 2 blocks down from the Carousel, where you have beachside dining and an indoor ice skating rink available to the public. One time staying at our place in Beach Club and you are sure to be back year after year! You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Wonderful bayside sunsets available!
