****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire home. The kitchen has brand new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower! Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds. There are new washer and dryer for guest use. The large front patio is a great place to hang out with the family or enjoy your meal al fresco.

Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pier for fishing, community pool and of course Ocean City's wonderful beaches. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants, mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* The driveway will fit two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 139th street.
* The outdoor pools are open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
