Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various attractions in Cannes, such as Port Pierre Canto and Vieux Port de Cannes!

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The toilet is not in the bathroom. It's independent.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home! Access from the garage to the apartment on the 4th floor by elevator.

Palm-shaded peninsula Pointe Croisette, or "Palm Beach," is overlooked by the intricate facade of the pastel-coloured Russian Orthodox Church and upscale, contemporary apartments. Water sports fans head to Plage Gazagnaire and nearby yacht clubs and surf shops, while soccer matches are held at the Stade des Hespérides. Glamorous celebrity crowds pack seafront clubs and bars around Port Pierre Canto marina.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Notre Dame des Pins, is just a 2-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
