Located in Destin’s coveted neighborhood of Crystal Beach, Crystal Sands 201B is the perfect escape for you. This end-unit condo has one bedroom, one and a half baths, bright living space, front-row beach views, and access to the best vacation amenities. It can accommodate up to six guests, so be sure to bring any fellow beach lovers along!

As soon as you enter this waterfront condo, you are greeted with stunning views of the Gulf’s emerald waves and snow-white beaches. Two walls of large windows and sliding glass doors ensure breathtaking coastal views all day, every day. The sliding glass doors lead to a furnished balcony, where you can listen to the waves, bask in the breeze, and enjoy the paradise view. Inside, hardwood floors flow throughout an open floorplan that consists of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, an armchair, a beach-inspired drink table, and a flatscreen TV mounted on a credenza. Nearby, four straw-backed chairs surround a glass-topped, circular dining table. The kitchen features a granite-topped breakfast bar, ample counter space, wood cabinetry, and white appliances.

The master suite boasts handsome furnishings, a king-size bed, window, and a TV. It has a private bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Additional sleeping accommodations are found in the form of a hallway bunk nook that includes a twin bunk.

Vacationers who stay at Crystal Sands enjoy access to condo amenities. These include immediate beach access, a seasonally heated community pool, and a Gulf-front grill area with picnic tables. The condo’s convenient location places guests in close proximity to vacation activities, shopping, and fun! Nearby popular restaurants include the Crab Trap Destin, 790 on the Gulf, and Camille’s at Crystal Beach. The Destin Commons shopping complex is home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater. HarborWalk Village has everything from lively bars, waterfront restaurants, live music, fireworks displays, kid-friendly activities, Gulf excursions, dolphin tours, and more. Other must-visit places include the Disney-esque Village of Baytwone Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and the iconic towns of Scenic Highway 30A.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
