Crystal Beach is one of the most sought-after spots on the Emerald Coast and we're just steps away from the white sand beaches. You can wake up and sip your coffee or relax in the evening with a margarita on your third-floor balcony while enjoying spectacular Gulf views. Our condo is on the top floor - no upstairs neighbors! Direct beach access is available just steps away at either end of the building. You can sit by the private, heated pool and hot tub, or grill steaks or your favorite local seafood on one of the community grills.
Our recently refreshed condo offers a King Bed, hallway bunks, a pull-out sleeper, all new furniture, new SMART TV, new flooring, granite countertops, bathroom tile, vanity, sinks, and all-new bedding. In-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, a crock-pot, mixer, blender, toaster, Kuerig coffee machine, chopper, and more. We also have bars of soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, foil, saran wrap, sandwich bags, spices, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins. Beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella are provided for your enjoyment.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The view was misty while we were there. But I could hear the ocean from the third floor balcony. Management was wonderful with open and easy communication.

You could not ask for a more superb host. From the first reservation voice mail thanking me for renting the unit to the last day of the stay this host exceeds all expectations. The amenities were all we needed & communication with the host was clear & easy. Grand Caribbean East is a great place to stay with a family/kids! We enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub during the cooler days & loved being so close to walk to the beach often! It’s also nice to have everything needed to cook meals at the rental. We have no complaints. Thanks so much for a great stay in Destin!

This property was great! This condo is conveniently located on Old Highway 98 and also allows for quick access to the Destin Harbor area as well as Miramar Beach/Silver Sands area. The unit was clean and recently updated with a set of bunkbeds tucked neatly into the hallway, which my kids loved. Beach access was across the street at the public beach area and there is a crosswalk at this condo as well as an area near to pool to spray off sand and shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo for a Florida panhandle getaway

On a generally quiet road across the street from the beach, and a quick walk to the ocean. Nice to be on the third floor away from noisy people overhead, and very convenient to nearby restaurants,shopping and entertainment. Also a quiet neighbourhood to take a walk when we wanted to. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Amazing Location & Excellent Owners

We had a great stay! The property is nicely furnished with great decor which made it feel like home to us! The owners were awesome with communication and even let us know that we could check in early once the condo was cleaned and ready to check in which they absolutely did not have to take the time to do that! Great location

We have been coming to the area for the last 5 years meeting up with family and enjoyed the area very much. The location of the place is great and the pool and hot tub are very nice. The unit was very clean and very nice. The king size bed was great and the kitchen had all that we needed. Daniel & Blair were wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to next years trip.

Great location.

The location of the property was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet even though there were a lot of people. Plenty of parking for the amount of people there. Directions and check in process was very simple. The owners communicated very well with us making sure we knew how to get in and all the things available by email and upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo Right Near the Beach

Great spot, quiet, very close to beach. Literally a walk across the street. Enjoyed the space and the view from the balcony. There was plenty of parking very. Would stay there again. Host was great. Communicated amazingly. Definitely went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed.

Great condo! Great location!

This condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very clean too. We had a1 minute walk to get to a great beach. Also enjoyed the beach chairs and toys. We ate in most nights and had everything we needed, but plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes if you eat most meals out. We will be back! Thanks for everything!!

A month on the Emerald Coast

My husband and I spent a month at this property. The view is superb! Being on the 3rd floor gives you some of the best sunsets ever. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and heated! It’s in a great location close to plenty of shops and restaurants, but still peaceful and relaxing. Beach views right from the balcony, as well as direct access right across the street. You won’t regret a second in this beautiful place.

Best vacation in a while!

I’ll start this by saying I was skeptical of the place because of the cost. I was catfished 2 summers ago in Orange Beach with the worse place I ever ended up staying. FYI there are 2 complexes, East and West- make sure you’re at East. I might have been at the wrong one :) Beach access is right across the street, accessible with 2 crosswalks on either side of the complex. The access to the right when looking at the Gulf is the one we used and it was great. The public beach area in that spot is smaller than Tarpon Beach but it wasn’t bad at all. By about 4-5 pm they remove the rope for the private access and the umbrellas and chairs start to get put up for the night. Anyway, the condo was amazing! It is updated a little more than the current pictures which was a great surprise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for the week. The bunk beds in the hall were great, both my girls approved. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and great pillows. I travel a lot for work and wish all the hotels I stayed at were as comfortable as this condo. The view from the balcony was great. It was nice to wake up every morning and see the water. I just wish the palm trees weren’t in the way to be able to see it on the left side but that’s nature. The owners were great and very responsive, even when I got the wrong complex. I will not hesitate to book this condo next summer if I don’t end up with a large group going with us. Don’t sleep on it, book the condo!
