An apartment that minimalist enthusiasts will appreciate and enjoy staying, guests will be located in the epicentre of Bordeaux. You'll be within walking distance of various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Due to the busy nature of the area, the apartment is not suitable for those sensitive to city noise.

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa, TV and a table-top.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is an excellent choice for travellers who want to explore the city. Popular attractions such as the Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux, Monument aux Girondins, and National Opera of Bordeaux are within walking distance. Plenty of dining options are nearby, including Brasserie Bordelaise, L'Autre Petit Bois, and The Connemara. With its central location, guests can easily access all Bordeaux offers.

This property boasts a great location, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Tram (Grand Théâtre, line B) is just a 1-minute walk.

Just 2.7 km from both Bordeaux Saint-Jean and Saint-Jean stations and 4.5 km from Cenon station, getting around the city is easy and convenient.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
