Maintenance Note: Our COA is modernizing our elevators between 10/13/25-04/01/26. There will always be one working elevator. You can expect Monday - Thursday workdays, 7am-5pm, possible construction noise and possible elevator delays. We do not expect interuptions for our guests but we do want to make you aware.

This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf that has entries from the living room and master suite and guest bedroom. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms . The two king bedrooms are gulf front with balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The bedrooms have 32"-40" flat screen "smart" televisions for our guests to enjoy.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50" flat screen television In the living room.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a bar for extra seating.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.
This location can't be beat! You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony Pub to the west or you can walk to the East where you can fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier.
The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests may park in the parking area or in the covered garage.
The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash pad, hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness room and grills.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf courses, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is family-friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
