Great Views and Nice Location

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was within walking distance to many different places such as the little grocery store across the street and several nice places to eat. The views from this condo were beautiful! However, I wish I had realized that the 3rd bedroom was as small as it was before I booked this condo. Something seemed to be wrong with the AC in that room as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a convenient location.

Wonderful trip!

Beautiful place, we would definitely stay again. Third bedroom is really only big enough for a child or teenager though. The condo provided beach chairs umbrella, and a cart. We rented chairs one day but won't ever do that again. They have switched to canvas chairs for the rentals on the beach. . Very uncomfortable, so it was nice to have what the condo provided. Management was easy to deal with and were very nice.

The property was advertised as having a double futon in the den. There was not a futon, but there was a blow-up mattress…not comparable in my mind. And even if there were a futon, they didn’t provide linens or pillows. They did bring the linens and pillows after I requested them. They also knocked $100 off.

The splash pad was a big hit with my child, and we really enjoyed the clean condo and beautiful beach balcony view. The outdoor balcony furniture was also very comfortable, which made for some relaxing moments. We enjoyed it being within walking distance of some restaurants and shops.Unfortunately, I would not stay here again due to the issues with the two additional bedrooms. The king bed felt extremely uncomfortable—like it came from a dumpster—and the Dish TV in that room did not work. We are 30 and had severe back pain after sleeping in this “bed”. We tried sleeping in the second spare room, but as other reviews mentioned, it’s basically a closet with a bed in it. While the bed was better (still not comfortable), the room is right by the elevator, so we heard noise all night. Between the tight space and lack of rest, it was the most uncomfortable vacation I’ve experienced. On a positive note, the master bedroom was nice, and my parents slept very well in there. I napped with my 3 year old in there and agree that the master bed is very comfortable. If you don’t need the other two bedrooms, this could be a good place to stay. One more thing to note: unlike many rentals, there were no starter kitchen items provided (such as coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, or pot holders).

Nice Place with a few drawbacks

We really enjoyed the property and had a great trip. I only had a few minor complaints. 1) There are two working elevators and at busy times of the day they can get very backed up. 2) The bedroom with the double bed was a joke. I'd call it a closet. The bed touches 3 of the 4 walls. There's no light on the ceiling. None of this was apparent from the online listing. Thankfully we just had a toddler sleeping in that room because adults wouldn't have fit! 3) Many of the outlets had electrical issues. In the smaller king room, only one of the two plugs in each outlet worked. So you'd have to choose between a nightstand lamp or charging your phone. Aside from this mostly fixable issues, we loved being close to sea-n-suds and the large TV and big balcony.

Thank you for your stay. We tried to help maximize the sleeping in each room. That smaller bedroom does not have overhead light in any of the condos in the entire building, but we have installed lamps. As for the outlets, the top outlets are tied into the light switch and so the switch must be on for the outlet to have power. Please let us know if we can help with any future dates. The view was amazing! Walking distance to several stores and restaurants! Right on the beach, no crossing roads to put your feet in the sand. We were able to see much of the sea life just from the balcony, including sharks, dolphins, stingray and even a manatee!!!

Awesome family vacation

Our condo was very clean. I loved the balcony. Everyone had their own space to go to after hanging out together all day. The laundry room had space to store things waiting to be washed. My granddaughter loved the splash pad. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the beach! We had a total of 7 people and it didn't feel crowded. It was my husband and I, our 2 yr old and 7 yr old daughters, two 19 yr olds and my mother. The master bedroom had plenty of space to set up a pack-n-play and it wasn't in the way. Master closet is very big and kept our suitcases out of the way. The 2nd bedroom would be big enough for a pack-n-play also but would be in the way a lottle bit but doable. The 3rd bedroom is where the two teens slept. That room is small, probably an office or bonus room turned into a bedroom. You would have to crawl over someone to get in and out of bed and no closet or dresser. Great for kids, teens and young adults who are agile enough to crawl over each other and live out of their suitcase. If anything needed to be hung up, the master and 2nd bedroom closets are plenty big enough to accommodate everyone. Washer and dryer worked great in the unit. Plenty of patio seating. Con, the location of this specific unit is right in front of the elevator so you hear alot of noise if you're in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Only had one ding-dong-ditch episode. You can hear the elevator running throughout the condo. The people above us thought it was ok to dump out their ice chest on their patio so we had water, I'm praying it was water, dumped all over the railing of our balcony as well as the outside coffee table. Some others who continuously smoked cigarettes, among other things, and the smoke seemed to come straight to us. We had to go inside multiple times to get out of the smoke. But, this isn't the fault of the unit owner. If you plan to utilize the pool and splashpad alot, I'd suggest you find a different condo. Seawind has such a small pool, I thought it was a joke. There was no one out there monitoring so kids were running wild, jumping in the hot tub and not even old enough to be in the hot tub. The splash pad had trash thrown all around it. Trash cans were overflowing. I had to get full spaghetti noodles out of the splash pad before my kids could get in it. There are multiple missing tiles leaving jagged edges. People had left towels, drinks and trash laying all around inside the pool areas. Our issues are with the Seawind Condominium itself and not the condo unit owner. Any issues we had with the unit were answered immediately. It was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again!

I have stayed in this particular building before but this specific condo was BEAUTIFUL in person! It was super cozy and have a very laid back vibe! The area wasn’t crowded at all either. Check in and out was very simple. All in all 10/10 experience and I will 1000% be looking to stay in the condo again!

The property was good but could use some updating. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Elevator trouble when we arrived and the pool is very small

This condo was beautiful! Super clean great location. Pool is small but we didn’t use it splash pad is great if you have little ones! Great spot !

Very nice right on the beach

This was perfect for 5 adults and 1 teenager. The only complaints we had were the parking spots, and you had to wait for elevator during heavy traffic times.

Not worth the money.

Don’t buy parking pass through the seller. But then there is cheaper. Also it doesn’t matter if you have a pass there a a chance you won’t get a spot at night. The parking was horrible. People park where ever they want which makes it hard to get in and out. There’s only one way in and out the parking garage. The pool is so small there’s no room when there’s more then 15-20 people. The elevators take forever!! There’s only 2 so plan on waiting. The room was nice but still felt dirty especially the carpet which is outrageous considering you pay a ridiculous cleaning fee. I had friends stay at order resorts for the same price that were way nicer and much More parking. You can’t get a hold of any body. They say text then but when you need to talk to them ASAP there’s no response. The only nice thing is it’s right off the beach. The gym was nice as well. Honestly I would not stay here again. I rather pay the same prices and stay some where nicer. It just wasn’t worth the buck. Also try opening the ice machine door before paying 4$ for a bag of ice. It was unlocked the whole time.
