Charming little house nestled in lush greenery, quiet and cool. It has a bedroom, a bathroom / WC, a living room and an American kitchen ; all on 2 floors. The communication between the two floors can be done by an internal staircase and another outside.
Located in a quiet residential area, you could enjoy a relaxing time in a bucolic setting with its private patio, after a beautiful day spent visiting Paris and its region
House of 32 m2 inside renovated and 80 m2 of garden area. Ideal pied-à-terre for a couple with or without children (a travel cot is available on request).
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the "Villejuif-Paul Vaillant Couturier" metro station : you are only 25 minutes from the heart of the city of light ! You can park for free in our street and reach Paris by car in 15 minutes if you wish.

The little house is equipped with :
- A bedroom with a double bed, with a large wardrobe. A fan can be provided.
- A very comfortable living room : cool in summer, warm in winter. With a large sofa, a connected TV with FireTV stick and Super Nintendo game console for a retro-gaming break. A small dining table separates the living room from the kitchen area.
- A fully equipped kitchen: Traditional electric oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, cutlery, pots, Nespresso type coffee machine... Cleaning kit, cleaning products and vacuum cleaner available.
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Everything is clean and functional (soap/shower gel kit, hair dryer available).
- Internet via Wifi at very high speed (fiber optic).
- A beautiful garden area under the lime tree, with a small bistro table and 2 chairs. A terrace and grass… A barbecue can be made available to you.
- Household linen is not provided. It is nevertheless possible to provide you with a complete kit (towels and sheets) for 15€ to be paid on site. Please let us know if necessary.
The house is accessible to you without restriction, in its entirety. The garden is shared with the owners, but it is arranged so that we all have maximum privacy. Not overlooked.

Location and tourism:
- The little house is located 5 minutes walk from the Metro. We are on line 7 (Villejuif-Paul Vaillant Couturier station) ideal for diving into the heart of the capital :
Direct line to reach Place d'Italie and its shops, the Arènes de Lutèce, Île Saint-Louis, Notre Dame, the Marais, Chatelet-les-Halles, the Louvre Museum or the Opéra Garnier and the department stores …
- 8 minutes from all shops (Bakery and pastry shop, supermarket, restaurants, pub, pharmacy, bank, post office, caterers etc.)
- 10 minutes on foot from Paul Brousse Hospital, 5 minutes by car from Gustave-Roussy Hospital.
- 20 minutes by car from Paris-Orly airport; 1 hour from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport.
- 30 minutes from all major train line stations, via public transport.
- And 1 hour from the Château de Versailles or Disneyland-Paris by car.

Restrictions :
- The little house is NOT intended for the organization of parties (substantial costs may apply if travelers do not respect this instruction... and the neighborhood).
- The day of your arrival: The access to the house and the handing over of the keys is done in person. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The return of the keys and the exit are done until 10:00 am at the latest.
Attention : For any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., please specify it. A supplement of 35€ will have to be paid on site. No check-in after 11:00 p.m.
- We ask that the house be returned clean, in the state in which you found it.
